Abstract
Embodiments describe apparatuses, systems and methods for utilizing a configurable WWTP container having a removable sensor/controller cartridge. Said removable cartridge is configured for collecting and analyzing data for any given configuration of a WWTP container, and is positioned securely separate from the treatment compartment(s) of the WWTP container. The removable cartridge is able to monitor operation conditions of the wastewater treatment compartment(s) via control logic and at least one sensor included in the removable cartridge, and change operating parameters of the container.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . (canceled)
2 . An apparatus comprising:
a removable cartridge removably coupled to a wall of a control room compartment at a first connector and a second connector, the removable cartridge including:
a first pipe to receive first wastewater influent via the first connector from a first wastewater treatment compartment and a second pipe to receive second wastewater influent via the second connector from a second wastewater treatment compartment;
a first sensor to generate data describing the first wastewater influent;
a second sensor to generate data describing the second wastewater influent;
routing arrangement for routing the first wastewater influent and the second wastewater influent between the first wastewater treatment compartment and the second wastewater treatment compartment; and
control system for controlling the routing arrangement based on the first sensor data and the second sensor data.
3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the first sensor is removably coupled to a sensor housing included in the removable cartridge.
4 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the control compartment further includes a shut-off valve to prevent the first wastewater influent and the second wastewater influent from cycling through the routing arrangement.
5 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the removable cartridge further includes an inlet and an outlet.
6 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the control compartment, the first wastewater treatment compartment, and the second wastewater treatment compartment comprise three of a plurality of basin compartments of an intermodal container.
7 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the first sensor data indicates a wastewater input flow for the first wastewater treatment compartment and the controlling of the routing arrangement includes comparing the wastewater input flow with a threshold level for the first wastewater treatment compartment.
8 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the first wastewater treatment compartment corresponds to a first stage of wastewater treatment processing and the second wastewater treatment compartment corresponds to a second stage of the wastewater treatment processing.
9 . A method comprising:
receiving first wastewater influent via a first connector at a wall of a control compartment from a first wastewater treatment compartment; receiving second wastewater influent via a second connector at the wall of the control compartment from a second wastewater treatment compartment; receiving first data from a first sensor, the first data describing the first wastewater influent; receiving second data from a second sensor, the second data describing the second wastewater influent; and based on the first data and the second data, controlling a routing arrangement for routing the first wastewater influent and the second wastewater influent between the first wastewater treatment compartment and the second wastewater treatment compartment.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the receiving of the first wastewater influent and the receiving of the second wastewater influent occurs at a removable cartridge removably coupled to the wall of the control compartment at the first connector and the second connector.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the first sensor is removably coupled to a sensor housing included in the removable cartridge.
12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the control compartment further includes a shut-off valve to prevent the first wastewater influent and the second wastewater influent from cycling through the routing arrangement.
13 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the removable cartridge further includes an inlet and an outlet.
14 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the control compartment, the first wastewater treatment compartment, and the second wastewater treatment compartment comprise three of a plurality of basin compartments of an intermodal container.
15 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the first sensor data indicates a wastewater input flow for the first wastewater treatment compartment and the controlling of the routing arrangement includes comparing the wastewater input flow with a threshold level for the first wastewater treatment compartment.
16 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the first wastewater treatment compartment corresponds to a first stage of wastewater treatment processing and the second wastewater treatment compartment corresponds to a second stage of the wastewater treatment processing.
17 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the threshold level corresponds to an ideal level of the first wastewater treatment compartment.
18 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the threshold level corresponds to a low-water mark or a high-water mark of the first wastewater treatment compartment.
19 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the threshold level corresponds to an operating capacity of the first wastewater treatment compartment.
20 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the first wastewater treatment compartment is a basin of a first wastewater treatment container and the second wastewater treatment compartment is a basin of a second wastewater treatment container.
21 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the first sensor data indicates a quality of the first wastewater influent and the controlling of the routing arrangement includes comparing the quality of the first wastewater influent with quality requirements for effluent.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
