Container locking device
Abstract
A container locking device for deterring unauthorized access to a container or containers includes a frame that has an outer perimeter and an inner perimeter defining a band. A plurality of penetrations is positioned in the band. The device also comprises a support that has an outer edge and an inner edge defining a strip. Each of a plurality of ties is flexible and has a first terminus and a second terminus. Each of the first termini is coupled to the outer edge of the support. Each of the plurality of ties has a plurality of fasteners coupled proximate to a respective one of the second termini.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A container locking device comprising:
a frame, said frame having an outer perimeter and an inner perimeter defining a band; a plurality of penetrations, said penetrations being positioned in said band; a support, said support having an outer edge and an inner edge defining a strip; a plurality of ties, said ties being flexible and having a first terminus and a second terminus, each of said first termini being coupled to said outer edge of said support; and each of said plurality of ties having a plurality of fasteners coupled proximate to a respective one of said second termini.
2 . The device of claim 1 , further including a plurality of braces, said braces being coupled to said inner edge of said support.
3 . The device of claim 2 , further including said band, said strip and said plurality of braces being rigid.
4 . The device of claim 2 , further including said band, said strip and said plurality of braces being metallic.
5 . The device of claim 4 , further including said band, said strip and said plurality of braces being aluminum.
6 . The device of claim 1 , further including said band and said strip being rectangular.
7 . The device of claim 1 , further including said band and said strip being square.
8 . The device of claim 1 , further including said band and said strip being circular.
9 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
each of said plurality of penetrations being equally spaced in said band; said first termini being equally spaced around said support; and each of said braces having ends, each of said ends being coupled to said inner edge proximate to a respective one of said first termini.
10 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
said plurality of penetrations comprising four penetrations; said plurality of ties comprising four ties; said plurality of braces comprising two braces having a junction; and said junction comprising said first termini, wherein each of said plurality of ties is embedded in an associated one of said braces.
11 . The device of claim 1 , further including said plurality of ties being chains.
12 . The device of claim 1 , further including said plurality of ties being cables.
13 . The device of claim 12 , further including each of said plurality of ties having an outer layer, said outer layer being plastic.
14 . The device of claim 1 , further including each of said pluralities of fasteners comprising three fasteners.
15 . The device of claim 1 , further including each of said fasteners comprising a loop.
16 . A container locking device comprising:
a frame, said frame having an outer perimeter and an inner perimeter defining a band, said band being rigid, said band being metallic, said band being aluminum, said band being rectangular, said band being square, said band being circular; a plurality of penetrations, said penetrations being positioned in said band, each of said plurality of penetrations being equally spaced in said band, said plurality of penetrations comprising four penetrations; a support, said support having an outer edge and an inner edge defining a strip, said strip being rigid, said strip being metallic, said strip being aluminum, said strip being rectangular, said strip being square, said strip being circular; a plurality of ties, said ties being flexible and having a first terminus and a second terminus, each of said first termini being coupled to said outer edge of said support; said first termini being equally spaced around said support, said plurality of ties comprising four ties, said plurality of ties being chains, said plurality of ties being cables, each of said plurality of ties having an outer layer, said outer layer being plastic; each of said plurality of ties having a plurality of fasteners coupled proximate to a respective one of said second termini, each of said pluralities of fasteners comprising three fasteners, each of said fasteners comprising a loop; and a plurality of braces, said plurality of braces being coupled to said inner edge of said support, each of said braces having ends, each of said ends being coupled to said inner edge proximate to a respective one of said first termini, said plurality of braces comprising two braces having a junction, said junction comprising said first termini, wherein each of said plurality of ties is embedded in an associated one of said braces, said plurality of braces being rigid, said plurality of braces being metallic, said plurality of braces being aluminum; and wherein said support is positioned with said plurality of ties is positionable around a container or containers that the user can place upon said support, and wherein said plurality of penetrations is positioned for insertion of said plurality of ties with said plurality of fasteners then being positioned to accept a lock to deter unauthorized access one or more containers positioned within said device.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
