Method for the production of the film tube bag and the vertical form fill seal packaging machine to implement the method
Abstract
A method of a film tube bag production includes shaping longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) on packing film ( 8 ), and attaching a secondary all-round closure ( 5 ) on an inner side ( 21 ) of the packing film ( 8 ). Its longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal foldings ( 6 ). The length of the secondary all-round closure ( 5 ) corresponds to the size of an inside circumference of the bag ( 1 β). The method further includes shaping of the packing film ( 8 ) into the form of the film tube, closing the film tube and creating the folded flat quadrilateral bottom ( 3 ), and filling the bag and forming the upper cross seam ( 2 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . The method for the production of a film tube bag comprising the following operations:
shaping and fixing longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) on an outer side ( 20 ) of a packing film ( 8 ), shaping of the packing film ( 8 ) with parallel longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) into a form of a film tube, closing of the film tube by a longitudinal seam ( 7 ) parallel with the longitudinal foldings ( 6 ), forming a folded flat quadrilateral bottom ( 3 ) with a lower cross seam ( 4 ), filling the bag ( 1 ) with packed goods, forming an upper cross seam ( 2 ) on a side of the bag ( 1 ) opposite the folded flat quadrilateral bottom ( 3 ), separating the filled bag ( 1 ) from the film tube, after shaping and fixing the longitudinal foldings ( 6 ), fixing a secondary closure ( 5 ) on an inner side ( 21 ) of the packing film ( 8 ), which longitudinal axis is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) prior to shaping the packing film ( 8 ) into the film tube, whereas the secondary closure ( 5 ) is positioned so that it is located on the finished film tube bag below the upper cross seam ( 2 ) where the length of the applied secondary all-round closure ( 5 ) corresponds to a size of an inside circumference of the film tube bag ( 1 ).
2 . The method for the production of the film tube bag according to the claim 1 , wherein the secondary all-round closure ( 5 ) is formed of a one-piece zipper closure.
3 . The method for the production of the film tube bag according to the claim 1 , wherein the secondary all-round closure ( 5 ) is formed of a double-sided adhesive tape where a side of the tape glued on the inner side of the bag ( 1 ) indicates a higher binding property than the other side.
4 . The method for the production of the film tube bag according to the claim 1 , wherein the secondary all-round closure ( 5 ) is formed by a spread of a permanent adhesive.
5 . The method for the production of the film tube bag according to claim 2 , wherein three longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) are formed primarily, and a fourth longitudinal folding ( 6 ) is formed by the longitudinal seam ( 7 ) formed afterwards.
6 . A vertical form fill seal packaging machine according to the method of the film tube bag production of claim 1 comprising:
a device ( 11 ) for unwinding the packing film ( 8 ), where a device ( 12 ) is situated behind the device ( 11 ) for shaping and fixing longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) on the packing film ( 8 );
a forming collar ( 13 );
a filling tube ( 14 );
a longitudinal sealing jaw ( 15 ) applicable to the formation of the longitudinal seam ( 7 );
a device ( 19 ) for feeding the packing film ( 8 ) through the forming collar ( 13 ), and thereinafter a device ( 18 ) for the formation of the flat bottom ( 3 ) of the bag ( 1 );
a lateral sealing and separating jaws ( 16 ) to form a cross seam ( 2 , 4 ), and applicable to the separation of the filled bag ( 1 ); and
a device ( 17 ) for the application of the one-piece secondary all-round closure ( 5 ) on the inner side ( 21 ) of the packing film ( 8 ) with formed longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) located within the space between the device ( 12 ) for shaping and fixing the longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) and the forming collar ( 13 ).
7 . The method for the production of the film tube bag according to claim 3 , wherein three longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) are formed primarily, and a fourth longitudinal folding ( 6 ) is formed by the longitudinal seam ( 7 ) formed afterwards.
8 . The method for the production of the film tube bag according to claim 4 , wherein three longitudinal foldings ( 6 ) are formed primarily, and a fourth longitudinal folding ( 6 ) is formed by the longitudinal seam ( 7 ) formed afterwards.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
