Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed:

1 . A stem pops that attaches along the length of stemware to improve the functionality of stemware comprising:
formed elastic material that increases the thickness of a stem of the stemware, creates a barrier between condensation that collects on the stem of stemware and exterior of the stem pops where the stemware is held by the stem, insulates a beverage contained within the stemware 2 from heat originating from a stemware 2 holder as the stemware holder holds the stemware by the stem the formed elastic material can be opened to allow the stem of stemware to be inserted into the stem pops; once the stem of stemware is inserted into the stem pops, the formed elastic material returns to its original shape around the stem of the stemware; the stem pops can be reopened to allow the stemware to be removed from the stem pops; once the stem of the stemware is removed from the stem pops, the stem pops returns to its original shape to allow for reuse; and the stem pops attaches around the stem of stemware in such a fashion so as to allow the stemware to be held by its stem without fear the stem of the stemware would slip out of the stem pops, adding decoration to stemware without interfering with the utility of the stemware.

2 . The stem pops of claim 1 where the shape of the stem pops is designed to fit hexagonally shaped stemware.

3 . The stem pops of claim 1 where the shape of the stem pops is designed to fit square shaped stemware.

4 . The stem pops of claim 1 where the shape of the stem pops is designed to fit round shaped stemware to improve the ability to hold stemware, prevent condensation from contacting the holders hand and insulate the beverage contained within the stem pops.
