Abstract
A nail polishing assembly includes an applicator that may be gripped. A cartridge is provided and the cartridge contains a fluid. The cartridge is removably positioned within the applicator. A plurality of tips is provided and a selected one of the tips is removably coupled to the applicator. Thus, the selected tip may engage a nail. The selected tip is in fluid communication with the cartridge and the selected tip selectively applies the fluid to the nail. A pump is removably coupled to the applicator wherein the pump is configured to urge the fluid from the cartridge to the selected tip.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A nail polishing assembly comprising:
an applicator being configured to be gripped; a cartridge being configured to contain a fluid, said cartridge being removably positioned within said applicator; a plurality of tips, a selected one of said tips being removably coupled to said applicator wherein said selected tip is configured to engage a nail, said selected tip being in fluid communication with said cartridge wherein said selected tip is configured to selectively apply the fluid to the nail; a pump being removably coupled to said applicator wherein said pump is configured to urge the fluid from said cartridge to said selected tip.
2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
said applicator has a first end, a second end and a peripheral surface extending between said first end and said second end, said second end being open, said applicator being substantially hollow to define a space within said applicator, said first end having a well extending toward said space; and said cartridge being removably inserted into said second end such that said cartridge is positioned within said space.
3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , further comprising a valve being positioned within said applicator wherein said valve is configured to regulate a flow of the fluid from said cartridge, said valve being fluidly coupled between said well and said space, said valve being in fluid communication with said cartridge when said cartridge is positioned in said space.
4 . The assembly according to claim 3 , wherein said valve includes a button extending upwardly through said peripheral surface wherein said button is configured to be manipulated thereby facilitating said button to regulate a flow of the fluid between said cartridge and said well.
5 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
said applicator has a well; and each of said tips has a primary end, a secondary end and an outer surface extending between said primary end and said secondary end, each of said tips having a nipple extending outwardly from said primary end, said well insertably receiving said nipple corresponding to said selected tip such that said selected tip is removably coupled to said applicator.
6 . The assembly according to claim 5 , wherein each of said tips has a pad being coupled to said outer surface wherein said pad is configured to engage the nail when said applicator is manipulated, said pad being positioned adjacent to said secondary end.
7 . The assembly according to claim 6 , wherein each of said tips has a conduit extending between said nipple and said pad such that said pad is in fluid communication with said valve when said selected tip is removably coupled to said applicator wherein said pad is configured to distribute the fluid onto the nail.
8 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
said applicator having a second end; and said pump comprises a bulb and a stem being fluidly coupled to said bulb, said stem extending into said second end of said applicator when said pump is removably coupled to said applicator, said stem engaging said cartridge such that said bulb is in fluid communication with said cartridge.
9 . The assembly according to claim 8 , wherein said bulb is comprised of a resiliently deformable material wherein said bulb is configured to be compressed thereby facilitating said bulb to pressurize the fluid in said cartridge.
10 . A nail polishing assembly comprising:
an applicator being configured to be gripped, said applicator having a first end, a second end and a peripheral surface extending between said first end and said second end, said second end being open, said applicator being substantially hollow to define a space within said applicator, said first end having a well extending toward said space; a cartridge being configured to contain a fluid, said cartridge being removably positioned within said applicator, said cartridge being removably inserted into said second end such that said cartridge is positioned within said space; a valve being positioned within said applicator wherein said valve is configured to regulate a flow of the fluid from said cartridge, said valve being fluidly coupled between said well and said space, said valve being in fluid communication with said cartridge when said cartridge is positioned in said space, said valve including a button extending upwardly through said peripheral surface wherein said button is configured to be manipulated thereby facilitating said button to regulate a flow of the fluid between said cartridge and said well; a plurality of tips, a selected one of said tips being removably coupled to said applicator wherein said selected tip is configured to engage a nail, said selected tip being in fluid communication with said cartridge wherein said selected tip is configured to selectively apply the fluid to the nail, each of said tips having a primary end, a secondary end and an outer surface extending between said primary end and said secondary end, each of said tips having a nipple extending outwardly from said primary end, said well insertably receiving said nipple corresponding to said selected tip such that said selected tip is removably coupled to said applicator, each of said tips having a pad being coupled to said outer surface wherein said pad is configured to engage the nail when said applicator is manipulated, said pad being positioned adjacent to said secondary end, each of said tips having a conduit extending between said nipple and said pad such that said pad is in fluid communication with said valve when said selected tip is removably coupled to said applicator wherein said pad is configured to distribute the fluid onto the nail; and a pump being removably coupled to said applicator wherein said pump is configured to urge the fluid from said cartridge to said selected tip, said pump comprising a bulb and a stem being fluidly coupled to said bulb, said stem extending into said second end of said applicator when said pump is removably coupled to said applicator, said stem engaging said cartridge such that said bulb is in fluid communication with said cartridge, said bulb being comprised of a resiliently deformable material wherein said bulb is configured to be compressed thereby facilitating said bulb to pressurize the fluid in said cartridge.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
