Glued beam, fastening anchor for the glued beam, and joint connection of glued beams

Abstract

The invention is related to the wooden house construction, especially to the glued beam assembly and anchor, as a component of a nodal connection, a nodal connection of glued beams, and possibly be used in building various-purpose wooden constructions, as well as in furniture manufacturing. The invention is an improvement of construction technology and increases design durability by lowering the risk of connection destruction by placing a plastic tube within the glued beam and designing a nodal connection of glued beams.

We claim: 
     
         1 . A construction kit comprising, when assembled, a plurality of coupled glued beams, wherein each beam comprises a plurality of glued component pieces and is mechanically processed along its perimeter, having a plastic tube placed inside a recession of the beam along its entire length or just a part of it. 
     
     
         2 . The construction kit of  claim 1 , wherein at least one of the glued beams comprises a plastic tube glued into the recession of the glued beam. 
     
     
         3 . The construction kit of  claim 2 , wherein the recession of the glued beam is placed along or across the glued beam, or at an angle with respect to the lateral axis of the beam. 
     
     
         4 . The construction kit of  claim 1 , wherein at least one of the glued beams comprises a plastic tube that is screwed into the beam by self-threading. 
     
     
         5 . The construction kit of  claim 1 , wherein at least of one of the glued beams comprises a plastic tube material made from PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene or composite materials. 
     
     
         6 . The construction kit of  claim 1 , wherein at least one of the glued beams comprises a plastic tube with an internal thread to fasten to a connecting component by a bolt. 
     
     
         7 . The construction kit of  claim 1 , further comprising a nodal connection of at least two glued beams, with one of its ends abutting a connecting component or several of them, by having at least one of those connecting components fastened within the plastic tube, which is inside of at least one of the glued beams along its entire length or part of it.
