Orthopedic, semi-orthopedic and non-orthopedic mattresses with magnetic and far infrared palettes on polyurethane foam layers for progressive support

Abstract

The multi-layer multi-material foam mattresses of the present disclosure and related inventions provide novel combinations of multiple layer, multiple material foam layers or stacks which provide unexpected and improved support characteristics and pressure relief and distribution. By combining multiple layers of polyurethane foams from top to bottom structure of a mattress the conformance properties of polyurethane foam are achieved along with structural support from the underlying core. On the the top convoluted layer is applied throughout magnets and far infrared palettes.

1 . Multi-layered mattresses comprising:
 1) One convoluted foam layer;   2) Magnetic pallets on the convoluted foam layer;   3) Far infrared pallets on the convoluted foam layer;   4) Multi layered foams underneath the convoluted with magnets and far infrared pallets placed on it and;   5) Fabric all around with fire retardant protection.
