Slidable constructing plate
Abstract
A slidable constructing plate comprises a protrusion and a notch on its peripheral surfaces. The protrusion is corresponding in shape to the notch. Furthermore, one groove is recessed between the top surface of the plate and the protrusion. Another groove is recessed between the bottom surface of the plate and the protrusion. One rib protrudes between the top surface and the notch, and another rib protrudes between the bottom surface and the notch. The grooves are corresponding in shape to the ribs. Two adjacent slidable constructing plates can be connected and fixed by mutual sliding through the protrusion sliding into the notch and the ribs sliding into the grooves. Slidable structures are provided to connect two adjacent slidable constructing plates to easily and firmly construct diversified products such as floors, ceilings, cabinets, and drywalls.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A slidable constructing plate comprising:
a top surface; a bottom surface corresponding to the top surface; at least one peripheral surface connecting the top surface and the bottom surface; at least one protrusion protruding from the at least one peripheral surface; at least one notch recessed into the at least one peripheral surface and corresponding in shape to the at least one protrusion; a first groove recessed between the top surface and the at least one protrusion; a second groove recessed between the bottom surface and the at least one protrusion; a first rib protruding between the top surface and the at least one notch; a second rib protruding between the bottom surface and the at least one notch; wherein the first groove is opposite the second groove; the first rib and the second rib are opposite and protrude toward each other; the first groove and the second groove are corresponding in shape to the first rib and the second rib.
2 . The slidable constructing plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein roughened structures are respectively formed on an outer surface of the at least one protrusion and an outer surface of the at least one notch; the roughened structures longitudinally extend along the first groove, the second groove, the first rib, and the second rib.
3 . The slidable constructing plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plate is rectangular and comprises four peripheral surfaces.
4 . The slidable constructing plate as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the plate is rectangular and comprises four peripheral surfaces.
5 . The slidable constructing plate as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the at least one protrusion is one protrusion in amount; the at least one notch is one notch in amount; the protrusion and the notch are each respectively formed on two of the four peripheral surfaces, and the two of the four peripheral surfaces are opposite each other.
6 . The slidable constructing plate as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the at least one protrusion is one protrusion in amount; the at least one notch is one notch in amount; the protrusion and the notch are each respectively formed on two of the four peripheral surfaces, and the two of the four peripheral surfaces are opposite each other.
7 . The slidable constructing plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plate is made of aluminum, tin, and other metals or alloys.
8 . The slidable constructing plate as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the plate is made of aluminum, tin, and other metals or alloys.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
