Abstract
This disclosure describes, in one aspect, a method that, in general, includes analyzing a tumor tissue sample from a subject for expression of at least two biomarkers, wherein a predetermined ratio of expression of the at least two biomarkers identifies the tumor tissue sample as coming from a subject having a particular subtype of lymphoma; and identifying the subject as having a particular subtype of lymphoma.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 25 . (canceled)
26 . A kit for determining prognosis of a subject, the kit comprising:
reagents for measuring expression of a plurality of predictive coding regions in a sample from the subject, the plurality of predictive coding regions comprising at least one of:
a combination of CD28 and ABCA5; or
a combination of CCDC3 and SMOC2.
27 . The kit of claim 26 wherein the reagents for measuring expression of a plurality of predictive coding regions comprises reagents for performing Northern blotting, nuclease protection assay, DNA microarray, serial analysis of gene expression, quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), differential-display RT-PCR, massively parallel signature sequencing, or real-time quantitative PCR.
28 . The kit of claim 26 wherein the reagents for measuring expression of a plurality of predictive coding regions comprises reagents for performing protein expression analysis.
