Abstract

A brassiere includes an inner surface cloth layer knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn; an outer surface cloth layer including a first knitting area and a second knitting area, wherein the first knitting area is knitted with thermo-fusible yarn and stretch fiber yarn, and the second knitting area is knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn; and an intermediate cloth layer constituted by a number of wavy polyester fiber yarn and located between the inner surface cloth layer the outer surface cloth layer. The first knitting area of the brassiere has the effect of better supporting with the knitting of the thermo-fusible yarn and the stretch fiber yarn, and the second knitting area has the effect of being softer and more comfortable with the knitting of the superfine fiber yarn and the stretch fiber yarn.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A brassiere comprising a brassiere body, the brassiere body comprising:
an inner surface cloth layer knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn; an outer surface cloth layer comprising a first knitting area and a second knitting area adjacent to the first knitting area, wherein the first knitting area is knitted with thermo-fusible yarn and stretch fiber yarn, and the second knitting area is knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn; and an intermediate cloth layer between the inner surface cloth layer and the outer surface cloth layer, the intermediate cloth layer being constituted by a number of wavy polyester fiber yarn, wherein the wavy polyester fiber yarn is interknitted with the outer surface cloth layer at crests of the wavy polyester fiber yarn, and the wavy polyester fiber yarn is interknitted with the inner surface cloth layer at troughs of the wavy polyester fiber yarn.

2 . The brassiere according to claim 1 , wherein a fineness of the superfine fiber yarn is between 30 deniers and 150 deniers.

3 . The brassiere according to claim 1 , wherein the thermo-fusible yarn is a core-spun yarn structure in which polyester fiber is wrapped by thermo-fusible fiber.

4 . The brassiere according to claim 1 , wherein the wavy polyester fiber yarn is selected from one of monofilament fiber and multifilament fiber.

5 . The brassiere according to claim 1 , wherein a material of the stretch fiber yarn is polyurethane (PU) fiber.

6 . The brassiere according to claim 1 , wherein the brassiere body has a lifting and supporting area for lifting and supporting the breast and a close-fitting area adjacent to the lifting and supporting area, the outer surface cloth layer of the lifting and supporting area is the first knitting area, and the outer surface cloth layer of the close-fitting area is the second knitting area.

7 . The brassiere according to claim 6 , wherein an area of the lifting and supporting area is 1% to 99% of an area of the brassiere body.

8 . The brassiere according to claim 1 , wherein the first knitting area further comprises a thermo-fusible yarn densely woven area and a thermo-fusible yarn sparsely woven area.

9 . The brassiere according to claim 1 , wherein knitting of the inner surface cloth layer and the outer surface cloth layer is selected from one of circular knitting and tricot knitting.
