Abstract
A system for ceiling fan blade protection that includes: a rod, where the rod includes a telescoping end; a fan blade cover, where the fan blade cover is capable of fitting over a ceiling fan blade; and a hook assembly, where the hook assembly attaches to the telescoping end and enables the attachment of the fan blade cover to the ceiling fan blade. Preferably, the rod may include a release button, where the release button enables the extension of the telescoping end. Further, the rod may also include a handle.

a. a rod, where the rod includes a telescoping end; b. a fan blade cover, where the fan blade cover is capable of fitting over a ceiling fan blade; and c. a hook assembly, where the hook assembly attaches to the telescoping end and enables the attachment of the fan blade cover to the ceiling fan blade.
2 . The system for ceiling fan blade protection according to claim 1 , where the rod includes a release button, where the release button enables the extension of the telescoping end.
3 . The system for ceiling fan blade protection according to claim 1 , where the rod also includes a handle.
4 . A method of ceiling fan blade protection comprising the steps of:
