Electronic cigarette packing case and method for manufacturing same
Abstract
An electronic cigarette packing case and a method for manufacturing the electronic cigarette packing case, the electronic cigarette packing case comprising a case body, and a hook arranged on a case body side wall, wherein the hook is rotationally connected to the case body side wall, and an outer surface of the case body side wall is provided with a first accommodation space which is shaped to match the hook and used for accommodating the hook in a non-use state; and the outer surface of the case body side wall is further provided with a recessed portion for removing the hook from the first accommodation space, the recessed portion is a notch provided at an edge of the first accommodation space. The present invention enables an electronic cigarette to be conveniently displaced, and ensure that the hook will not be easily fractured, damaged or bending deformed during transportation.

The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 4 , wherein the hook body comprises a hanging portion ( 21 ), a support portion ( 22 ) which is formed by bending along two ends of the hanging portion ( 21 ) respectively, the connecting portions ( 23 ) are bent backward along every end of the support portion ( 22 ) which is on an opposite side of the hanging portion ( 21 ).
6 . The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 5 , wherein, the first accommodation space ( 4 ) further comprises a second accommodation portion ( 42 ) which is used for accommodating the support portion ( 22 ) and the hanging portion ( 21 ); each of the two first accommodation portions ( 41 ) comprises a connecting hole ( 411 ) which is used for being inserted by a free end of one of the connecting potions ( 23 ), and a groove ( 412 ) which is formed by an extension from an end surface of the connecting hole ( 411 ) toward the second accommodation portion ( 42 ), the connecting portions ( 23 ) are defined in a space which is formed by the groove ( 412 ) and connecting holes ( 411 ).
7 . The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 6 , wherein, a second accommodation space ( 7 ), which is extended from an end of the second accommodation portion ( 42 ) which is close to the first accommodation portions ( 41 ) and can accommodate a part of the support portion ( 22 ), is defined at the case body side wall ( 3 ).
8 . The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 5 , wherein, the support portion ( 22 ) is an elastomer, two parts of the support portion ( 22 ) can close to or away from each other under an action of an external force.
9 . The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 8 , wherein, the hook ( 2 ) is formed by bending an elastic steel wire, a protruding part ( 211 ) which is used for hanging the hook ( 2 ) on an external support member is formed by an outward bulge of a part of the hanging portion ( 21 ).
10 . The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 9 , wherein, the protruding part ( 211 ) forms an uplift arch, or an uplift sharp.
11 . The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 8 , wherein, the hook ( 2 ) is a plate plastic piece which is integrally formed by injection molding.
12 . The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 11 , wherein, a hanging hole ( 212 ) which is used for hanging the hook ( 2 ) on the external support member is defined at the hanging portion ( 21 ).
