Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A shoe insert, comprising:
an extruded material, printed and die cut to configurations to fit within various styles of shoes, the extruded material is sealed substantially, completely around end edges, and wherein at least one sealed area is created within an inner area of the die cut to create separation zones between one or more of a first, central and back sections.

2 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein the inner area of the die cut has at least two sealed areas.

3 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein the front section comprises a conical shape for insertion into a toe box area of a shoe.

4 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein the at least one sealed area directs an orientation of the die cut in a left or right orientation after inflation.

5 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein the at least one sealed area component forces air outward and upward to protect a vamp and lace area of the shoe.

6 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein the at least one sealed area component is inserted during the die cutting process.

7 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein the back section comprises a cylindrical shape.

8 . The shoe insert of claim 7 , wherein the back section comprises an insert inflation valve.

9 . The shoe insert of claim 8 , wherein the insert inflation valve is a one-way inflation valve.

10 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein the single piece of extruded, multi-layer material is polyethylene or polypropylene material.

11 . The shoe insert of claim 3 , wherein the shoe is selected from a group including footwear, men's, women's, children's, athletic, formal, casual, and boots.

12 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein an entire inside or outside of the shoe insert is printed with branded graphics and messaging.

         13 . A shoe insert, comprising:
a single piece of extruded, multi-layer polyethylene or polypropylene material, printed and die cut to configurations to fit within various styles of shoes, boots, and sandals; and wherein the single piece of extruded, multi-layer material comprises a first section, a central section, and a back section.

14 . The shoe insert of claim 13 , wherein the front section comprises a conical shape for insertion into a toe box area of a shoe.

15 . The shoe insert of claim 13 , wherein the central section comprises at least one heat seal dot component that forces air outward and upward to protect a vamp and lace area of the shoe.

16 . The shoe insert of claim 13 , wherein the back section comprises a cylindrical shape.

17 . The shoe insert of claim 16 , wherein the back section comprises a one-way inflation valve.

         18 . A shoe insert, comprising:
a single piece of extruded, multi-layer polyethylene or polypropylene material, printed and die cut to configurations to fit within various styles of shoes, boots, and sandals; and wherein the single piece of extruded, multi-layer material comprises a first section, a central section, and a back section; and wherein the front section comprises a conical shape for insertion into a toe box area of a shoe; and wherein the central section comprises at least one heat seal dot component that forces air outward and upward to protect a vamp and lace area of the shoe; and wherein the back section comprises a one-way inflation valve.

19 . The shoe insert of claim 18 , wherein the at least one heat seal dot component is inserted during the die cutting process.

20 . The shoe insert of claim 1 , wherein an entire inside or outside of the shoe insert is printed with branded graphics and messaging.
