Hands-free apparatus

Abstract

A hands-free apparatus includes a hands-free apparatus main body having a holding recess part and integrated and separable port parts, and an earphone that is electrically connected with the integrated port part with being inserted into the holding recess part in a first state and is configured to be able to adjust a length of wiring relative to the hands-free apparatus main body in electrical connection with the separable port part in a second state.

         19 . A hands-free apparatus having a function as an accessory comprising:
 a hands-free apparatus main body having a button set in the front thereof;   an earphone connected with the hands-free apparatus main body and having an inserting part enclosing a speaker on one side thereof and a cover part supporting the inserting part on the other side thereof; and   decorating means having a button accessory mounted or demounted corresponding to the button set in the front of the hands-free apparatus main body.   
     
     
         20 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 19 , wherein the button accessory is configured so that at least one of the power/communication button, the volume-up button, and the volume-down button are installed on an integrated body thereof so as to be able to be elastically pushed. 
     
     
         21 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 20 , wherein the button accessory is housed in a receptacle of the front of the hands-free apparatus main body from which the button set is separated, and includes buttons whose free ends are inserted into respective button ports formed in the bottom of the receptacle. 
     
     
         22 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 19 , wherein the decorating means further includes an earphone cover accessory mounted on or demounted from the cover part of the earphone. 
     
     
         23 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 22 , wherein the earphone cover accessory is configured to be able to house the cover part of the earphone, and has a floral pattern, a figure of a geometrical pattern, or a letter on a front surface thereof. 
     
     
         24 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 19 , wherein the hands-free apparatus main body further includes a port part in the front thereof. 
     
     
         25 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 24 , wherein the earphone further includes a connection plug mounted on or demounted from the port part of the hands-free apparatus main body with being supported on the cover part. 
     
     
         26 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 25 , wherein the earphone further includes wiring extensibly connected with the connection plug. 
     
     
         27 . A hands-free apparatus having improved utility comprising:
 a hands-free apparatus main body receiving an audio signal by wire or wireless;   an earphone disposed on one side of the hands-free apparatus main body and amplifying and reproducing the audio signal received from the hands-free apparatus main body; and   fastening means disposed on the other side of the hands-free apparatus main body and provided so as to be able to wear the hands-free apparatus main body on one of various regions.   
     
     
         28 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 27 , wherein the hands-free apparatus main body includes a port part.

The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 28 , wherein the earphone includes an inserting part enclosing a speaker on one side thereof, a connection plug mounted on or demounted from the port part of the hands-free apparatus main body, wiring extensibly connected with the connection plug, and a cover part on which the connection plug is supported on the other side thereof and which houses the wiring. 
     
     
         30 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 29 , wherein the other side of the hands-free apparatus main body includes at least one concave rail groove.

The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 30 , wherein the fastening means includes a support plate disposed so as to correspond to the other side of the hands-free apparatus main body, at least one rail that protrudes from one side of the support plate and is inserted into the rail groove of the hands-free apparatus main body, and a support part that is installed on the other side of the support plate and is mounted on or demounted from one of various regions. 
     
     
         32 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 31 , wherein the rail groove of the fastening means is formed in a lengthwise direction of the hands-free apparatus main body and is formed to be open at one end thereof and to be closed at the other end thereof. 
     
     
         33 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 32 , wherein the rail of the fastening means protrudes so as to be able to be press-fitted into the rail groove, is inserted from the open end of the rail groove, and is seated at the closed end of the rail groove. 
     
     
         34 . The hands-free apparatus according to  claim 31 , wherein the support part is a clip that is elastically supported on the other side of the support plate on one side thereof and is elastically brought contact with the other side of the support plate on the other side thereof.
