Abstract

In at least one embodiment, a transportable exercise device includes a plurality of pulleys engaged to an elevated horizontal support, a cable is operatively engaged to and extends between the pulleys engaged to the support, the cable having a first end and a second end, a grasping device is releasably engaged to the cable proximate to the first end, and a strap which is constructed and arranged to releasably engage the kettlebell weight, is releasably engaged to the cable proximate to the second end, wherein the manipulation of the grasping device in a downward direction draws the first end of the cable in a downward direction, elevating the kettlebell weight in an upward direction above a ground or floor surface.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

         1 . A transportable exercise device comprising:
a plurality of pulleys constructed and arranged for releasable engagement to at least one elevated horizontal support; at least one cable operatively engaged to and extending between said plurality of pulleys, said at least one cable having a first end and a second end, said at least one cable being releasably engaged to said plurality of pulleys; at least one grasping member releasably engaged to said at least one cable proximate to said first end; at least one strap releasably engaged to said at least one cable proximate to said second end; and at least one kettlebell weight releasably engaged to said at least one strap, wherein manipulation of said at least one of said grasping member in a downward direction draws said first end of said at least one cable in a downward direction, elevating said at least one kettlebell weight in an upward direction above a ground or floor surface.

2 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of affixation devices, at least two affixation devices being constructed and arranged for releasable engagement to said at least one elevated horizontal support.

3 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 2 , further comprising four affixation devices and a first elevated horizontal support, and a second elevated horizontal support, wherein two of said affixation devices are releasably engaged to said first elevated horizontal support and two of said affixation devices are releasably engaged to said second elevated horizontal support.

4 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 3 , further comprising a first pulley, a second pulley, a third pulley, and a fourth pulley, each of said first pulley, said second pulley, said third pulley, and said fourth pulley, comprising at least one wheel and a releasable affixation element, wherein said releasable affixation element is constructed and arranged for releasable attachment to at least one of said affixation devices.

5 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 4 , further comprising a first cable and a second cable, each of said first cable and said second cable comprising a first looped end and a second looped end.

6 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 5 , further comprising a first releasable attachment member, a second releasable attachment member, a third releasable attachment member, and a fourth releasable attachment member wherein said first releasable attachment member is constructed and arranged for releasable engagement to said first looped end of said first cable, said second releasable attachment member is constructed and arranged for releasable engagement to said second looped end of said first cable, said third releasable attachment member is constructed and arranged for releasable engagement to said first looped end of said second cable, and said fourth releasable attachment member is constructed and arranged for releasable engagement to said second looped end of said second cable.

7 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 6 , further comprising a first strap, a second strap, a third strap, and a fourth strap, each of said first strap, said second strap, said third strap, and said fourth strap, comprising attachment rings, wherein said first strap is releasably engaged to said first releasable attachment member, said second strap is releasably engaged to said second releasable attachment member, said third strap is releasably engaged to said third releasable attachment member, and said fourth strap is releasably engaged to said fourth releasable attachment member.

8 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 7 , further comprising a first grasping member and a second grasping member, wherein said first grasping member and said second grasping member are O-rings, and further wherein said first grasping member is releasably engaged to said first strap and said second grasping member is releasably engaged to said third strap.

9 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 8 , further comprising a first kettle weight and a second kettle weight, wherein said first kettle weight is releasably engaged to said second strap and said second kettle weight is releasably engaged to said fourth strap.

10 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 9 , wherein at least one of said first releasable attachment member, said second releasable attachment member, said third releasable attachment member, and said fourth releasable attachment member is a carabiner.

11 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 6 , wherein said grasping member is an elongate grasping element, said elongate grasping element comprising a first attachment ring and the second attachment ring, wherein said first attachment ring is releasably engaged to said first releasable attachment member and said second attachment ring is releasably engaged to said third releasable attachment member.

12 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 11 , further comprising a first strap, a second strap, each of said first strap and said second strap comprising attachment rings, wherein said first strap is releasably engaged to said second releasable attachment member, said second strap is releasably engaged to said fourth releasable attachment member.

13 . The transportable exercise device according to claim 12 , further comprising a first kettle weight and a second kettle weight, wherein said first kettle weight is releasably engaged to said first strap and said second kettle weight is releasably engaged to said second strap.
