Abstract
An exercise anchor for seated exercise that includes: a canvas sheet; a strap sewn to one side of the canvas sheet; a grommet opening in the strap; an exercise tube inserted through the opening of the strap. The exercise anchor may further including a handle on the exercise tube, where the handle is adjustable along the length of the exercise tube.
