System and method for building retaining wall and repairing existing fence

Abstract

The embodiments herein provide a method, system and a kit for building a retaining wall and repairing an existing fence. The system comprises several wedge shaped wooden posts and wooden panels for constructing the retaining wall and repairing the fence, several V-shaped metal tip secured at the tip of a wedge shaped wooden post for enhancing a penetration of the wooden post into the ground, a channel guide for aligning several wooden panels vertically with respect to the ground, and a protective cover secured with a head of the wooden post for transferring the hammering force to the wooden posts and prevent splitting of the wooden posts.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A system for building a retaining wall and repairing a fence, the system comprising:
 a plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts for constructing the retaining wall and repairing the fence, and wherein the plurality of wedge shape wooden posts are constructed from a plurality of standard wooden posts, and wherein the plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts are penetrated into the ground, and wherein the wedge shaped wooden posts have symmetrical wedges;   a V-shaped metal tip secured at the tip of a wedge shaped wooden post for enhancing a penetration of the wedge shaped wooden post into the ground, and wherein the V-shaped metal tip is secured at the tip of wedge shaped wooden post through a plurality of nails or die-punched teeth;   a channel guide for aligning a plurality of wooden posts vertically with respect to the ground, and wherein the channel guide is removably fastened with the wooden panels using a plurality of screws and encases wedge shaped wooden post during the hammering down into the ground;   a protective cover secured at the head of the wedge shaped wooden post for transferring the hammering force to the wedge shaped wooden posts and prevent splitting of the wedge shaped wooden posts, and wherein the protective cover is a metal cover having a plurality of flaps, and wherein the plurality of flaps are secured respectively with a plurality of side surface of the wedge shaped wooden post through a plurality of screws.   
     
     
         2 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of wooden panels are secured to the plurality of wooden posts for constructing a retaining wall, and repairing the existing fence. 
     
     
         3 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein a height of the retaining wall is lesser than or equal to a depth of the penetration of the wedged shaped wooden posts into the ground. 
     
     
         4 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the wedge shaped wooden posts have asymmetrical wedges. 
     
     
         5 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the V-shaped metal tip has a plurality holes for receiving the plurality of nails or has die-punched teeth for fastening the V-shaped metal tip with the wedged end of the wedge shaped wooden post. 
     
     
         6 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the V-shaped metal tip together with channel guide, balances a left and right sway by balancing the side forces at the channel guide frame and maintains a verticality of the wedge shaped wooden posts while driving the wedge shaped post into the ground. 
     
     
         7 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the V-shaped metal tip secured with a tip of a wedge shaped wooden post through a plurality of nails for enhancing a penetration of the wedge shaped wooden post into the ground, and wherein the V-shaped metal tip is secured with the wedge shaped wooden post through a plurality of die-punched teeth. 
     
     
         8 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the protective cover is removably secured to each wedge shaped wooden posts. 
     
     
         9 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the channel guide is removed after aligning a plurality of the wedge shaped wooden posts and reused for aligning the plurality of the wedge shaped wooden posts. 
     
     
         10 . The system according to  claim 1 , wherein the protective cover is configured to transfer the hammering force to the wedge shaped wooden posts and protect the wedge shaped wooden posts from splitting. 
     
     
         11 . A method for building a retaining wall and repairing an existing fence, the method comprising the steps of:
 converting a plurality of standard wooden posts into a plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts, and wherein the plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts are hammered to penetrate into ground;   fastening a V-shaped metal tip to each wedge shaped wooden posts through a plurality of nails or plurality of die-punched teeth;   driving the plurality wedge shaped wooden posts into the ground using a plurality of V-shaped metal tips;   securing a channel guide to the plurality of wooden panels through a plurality of screws, the channel guide encases wedge shaped wooden posts during the hammering down into the ground;   aligning each wooden panel one over another vertically and secure the plurality of wooden panels to wooden posts driven into soil using the plurality of screws;   securing a protective cover removably to each wedge shaped wooden post;   transferring hammering force to the wedge shaped wooden posts using the protective cover, and wherein the protective cover is configured to prevent the wedge shaped wooden post from splitting during the hammering action;   removing the protective cover after driving the wedge shaped wooden post into the ground for reuses;   removing the channel guide after vertically aligning the wood posts to form a soil-retaining wooden wall; and   securing driven wooden posts to horizontal soil-retaining wood panels through a plurality of screws.   
     
     
         12 . The method according to  claim 11 , wherein the protective cover comprises a plurality of flaps, and wherein the plurality of flaps are secured to the wedge shaped wooden posts through a plurality of screws. 
     
     
         13 . The method according to  claim 11 , wherein the plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts are secured to the plurality of wooden panels for constructing the retaining wall and repairing the existing fence. 
     
     
         14 . The method according to  claim 11 , wherein the channel guide is removably secured to the wooden panels. 
     
     
         15 . A retaining wall building and fence repair kit comprises:
 a V-shaped metal tip;   a protective cover; and   a channel guide.   
     
     
         16 . The kit according to  claim 15 , further comprises:
 a plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts; and   is a plurality of wooden panels.   
     
     
         17 . The kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the V-shaped metal tip has a plurality of holes for receiving a plurality of nails for securing the metal tip to bottom edge of the plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts for driving the plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts into the ground. 
     
     
         18 . The kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the V-shaped metal tip has a plurality of die-punched teeth for securing the metal tip to bottom edge of the plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts for driving the plurality of wedge shaped wooden posts into the ground. 
     
     
         19 . The kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the protective cover is secured removably to top end of each wedge shaped wooden posts to prevent a splitting of the wedge shaped posts during the hammering action. 
     
     
         20 . The kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the channel guide is removably fastened with the wooden panel using a plurality of screws for aligning a plurality of wooden posts vertically with respect to the ground. 
     
     
         21 . The kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the V-shaped metal tip together with channel guide, balances a left and right sway by balancing the side forces at the channel guide frame and maintains a verticality of the wedge shaped wooden posts while driving the wedge shaped post into the ground. 
     
     
         22 . The kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the channel guide is removed from the wooden panel after aligning a plurality of the wedge shaped wooden posts and reused for aligning the plurality of the wedged shaped wooden posts.
