Cosmetic container having multi-staged refillable container

Abstract

A cosmetic container has a multi-staged refillable container, which can receive or replace a puff and cosmetics at the same time, and can achieve easier fixing, separation, and sealing of the refillable container. The cosmetic container includes a lower body and a cover coupled thereto. An upper body, coupled to the upper side of the lower body, has a refillable container removably attachable from the inside of the lower body. The refillable container includes a lower cap having a first storage space formed at the inside thereof and filled with cosmetics, and a hinge shaft formed at the outside thereof. An upper cap has a hinge portion formed at the outside thereof and a second storage space formed at the inside thereof. The hinge portion is pivotably coupled to the hinge shaft to seal or open the first storage space. The second storage space has a puff inserted therein.

         8 . A cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, comprising:
 a lower body and a cover coupled thereto to open and close the lower body;   an upper body coupled to an upper side of the lower body and comprising a refillable container, which can be attached to or detached from inside of the lower body;   a lower cap comprising a first storage space, which is formed inside thereof and fillable with cosmetics, and a hinge shaft, which is formed on outside of the lower cap; and   an upper cap comprising a hinge part which is formed on outside thereof and rotatably coupled with the hinge shaft to open and seal the first storage space, and a second storage space which is formed at inside of the upper cap to insert a puff.   
     
     
         9 . The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to  claim 8 , further comprising a sponge to absorb liquid cosmetics, the sponge being insertable into the first storage space, and a fixing member coupled at an upper side of the sponge and comprising a contact part to prevent separation of the sponge.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to  claim 8 , wherein the lower cap comprises a plurality of holding grooves formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; and further comprising first and second holding protrusions formed on an inner circumferential surface of the upper body fixed on the holding grooves such that the refillable container is coupled to the upper body.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to  claim 8 , wherein the lower cap comprises a first sealing part, the first sealing part comprises a coupling protrusion, the coupling protrusion is fixed on a coupling groove formed on the upper cap to seal the first storage space, and the upper cap comprises a second sealing part which comes into a contact with an upper side of a packing member, which is inserted into a packing groove formed on outside of the first sealing part, to seal the first storage space.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to  claim 8 , further comprising a projection part formed on an upper side of the upper cap, the projection part configured to compresses the upper cap in a downward direction by coming into a contact with a mirror, which is coupled at inside of the cover, to seal the first storage space. 
     
     
         13 . The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to  claim 8 , wherein the lower body comprises a penetration part formed to expose a bottom surface of the lower cap to outside.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to  claim 8 , further comprising a plurality of anti-releasing parts radially formed on an outer circumferential surface of the upper body; and blocking protrusions formed on an inner circumferential surface of the cover, which is formed to be rotatable, fixed to or separated from the anti-releasing parts, such that the cover is fixed or released.
