Concealed Pocket Assembly

Abstract

An article of clothing has an external pocket that has a concealment device embedded therein. A piece of material is attached to the surface of the pants forming a concealed container in the external pocket. A layer of filler padding and support material is situated above the aforementioned so as to provide cushion that hides a firearm carried within the container. Other embodiments teach the piece of material padding and support attached to the inner surface of the external pocket or the piece of material attached to the pants whilst the padding and support are attached to the inner surface of the external pocket.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An article of clothing comprising:
 an external surface having
 a piece of material attached thereto and 
   a padding material attached to the external surface.   
     
     
         2 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a support material attached to the padding material.   
     
     
         3 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , wherein the piece of material is attached to the external surface along only a portion of its boundary. 
     
     
         4 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a wall of material attached to the external surface.   
     
     
         5 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , wherein the padding material circumscribes the piece of material. 
     
     
         6 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , wherein the padding material has an opening on a top side thereof. 
     
     
         7 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , wherein the padding material has an opening on a portion of a top side thereof. 
     
     
         8 . The article of clothing of  claim 4 , wherein the wall of material attached to the external surface is circumscribes the boundary of the pad. 
     
     
         9 . A concealed carry clothing device comprising:
 an external pocket attached to   a top surface of the clothing and   a filler pad attached to the inner surface of the external pocket.   
     
     
         10 . The concealed carry clothing device of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a support material attached to the filler pad and attached to the inner surface of the external pocket such that the support material is between the filler pad and the inner surface of the external pocket.   
     
     
         11 . The concealed carry clothing device of  claim 10 , further comprising:
 a concealed carry pocket material attached to the filler pad.   
     
     
         12 . The concealed carry clothing device of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 a top portion of the concealed carry pocket material is not attached to the filler pad.   
     
     
         13 . The concealed carry clothing device of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a support material attached to the filler pad and attached to the inner surface of the external pocket such that the filler pad is between the support material and the inner surface of the external pocket.   
     
     
         14 . The concealed carry clothing device of  claim 11 , comprising:
 a concealed carry pocket material attached to the support material.   
     
     
         15 . The concealed carry clothing device of  claim 14 , further comprising:
 a top portion of the concealed carry pocket material is not attached to the support material.   
     
     
         16 . A concealed weapon carry device comprising:
 an article of clothing having an outer surface and   a piece of material attached along its periphery thereto and
 having a top side forming an opening with the outer surface such that only a portion of the top side is attached to the outer surface. 
   
     
     
         17 . The concealed weapon carry device of  claim 16 , further comprising:
 an external pocket having an inner and an outer surface attached to the article of clothing about the piece of material.   
     
     
         18 . The concealed weapon carry device of  claim 17 , further comprising:
 a concealment device attached to the inner surface of the external pocket.   
     
     
         19 . The concealed weapon carry device of  claim 18 , further comprising:
 a support device attached to the concealment device and the inner surface of the external pocket.
