Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a wood-bamboo double layer floor including a top panel and bottom panel. The top panel is long strip shape and made by the whole log. The bottom panel is made by the whole log. Wood fiber directions of the top panel are parallel to a long side of the floor. Wood fiber directions of the bottom panel are parallel or perpendicular to the long side. The top panel and bottom panel are adhered by adhesive. Patchwork opens are pieced up to each other and made around the bottom panel. Grooves are defined in the bottom panel and arranged in a row along a direction being perpendicular to the wood fiber directions of the bottom panel. bamboo strips embedded and adhered in the grooves, are matched with the grooves. And bamboo fiber directions are the same as length directions of the bamboo strips.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A wood-bamboo double layer floor, comprising:
a top panel, the top panel having a long strip shape and made from the whole log, wood fiber directions of the top panel being parallel to a long side of the wood-bamboo double layer floor; and a bottom panel, the bottom panel located under the top panel, which is the bottom panel made from the whole log, wood fiber directions of the bottom panel being parallel or perpendicular to the long side, the bottom panel comprising being capable of splicing patchwork opens defined around the bottom panel; wherein, grooves are defined in the bottom panel and arranged in a row along a direction being perpendicular to the wood fiber directions of the bottom panel; bamboo strips embedded and adhered in the grooves, are matched with the grooves; and bamboo fiber directions are the same as length directions of the bamboo strips.

2 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein the bottom panel is made by rotary cutting or slicing log.

3 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein the bamboo strips are made by that bamboo sheets tailored along the bamboo fiber directions, are stacked up in side by side, and then adhered by adhesive.

4 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein the grooves are defined in a lower surface of the bottom panel.

5 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein the grooves are defined in an upper surface of the bottom panel combined with the top panel.

6 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein the grooves are defined in a lower surface of the bottom panel and an upper surface of the bottom panel combined with the top panel.

7 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the top panel is about 1 millimeter˜6 millimeters.

8 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 7 , wherein a thickness of the bottom panel is about 5 millimeters˜18 millimeters.

9 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 8 , wherein each groove is a rectangular slot with a width of about 3 millimeters˜25 millimeters and a depth of about 2 millimeters˜5 millimeters.

10 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein a distance between adjacent grooves is about 15 millimeters˜50 millimeters.

11 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein the bamboo strips is made from reconstituted bamboos or normal bamboos.

12 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein a material of the bottom panel is larch, monterey pine, Douglas fir, birch, poplar or eucalyptus.

13 . The wood-bamboo double layer floor of claim 1 , wherein a material of the top panel can be oak, maple, Black walnut, beech, hickory, Dibetou or Jatoba.
