A ring preferably made of elastic material, the ring including a groove having a first shape and a removable ring insert that fits within the groove.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A ring comprising a ring base including a groove having a first shape, and a removable ring insert in the shape of the first shape so that the ring insert fits tightly within the groove. 
     
     
         2 . The ring of  claim 1  wherein the removable ring insert is made of an elastic material. 
     
     
         3 . The ring of  claim 2  wherein the ring base is made of an elastic material. 
     
     
         4 . The ring of  claim 2  wherein the removable ring insert is made of silicone rubber. 
     
     
         5 . The ring of  claim 4  wherein the ring base is made of silicone rubber. 
     
     
         6 . The ring of  claim 1  wherein the ring insert fits flush within the groove.
