Abstract
In a computer environment, a system and method is described that generally provides for creation of a distributed graph database, creation and deployment of nodes in a distributed graph database system, and integration of nodes into a set of distributed graph databases that include data nodes and edges that are: entities built using forms, relations, and relationships; immutable but evolvable through the addition of new data nodes or new edges joining the evolving data node to another data node; shareable and mergeable.

A computer network comprising distributed graph database networks and at least one computer processor, each graph database network comprising a plurality of graph database nodes, each graph database node containing immutable data and an unique identifier, the plurality of graph database nodes linked to each other through edges so that the graph database network is expandable by the at least one computer processor through the linking in of new edges, new data nodes, or new graph database nodes.

The distributed graph database network of claim 38 , wherein the one or more graph database networks is configured to be invitable to join another graph database network, wherein the joining creates a new relationship between the one or more graph database networks and the another graph database network.
40 . The distributed graph database network of claim 38 , wherein the one or more graph database networks mergeable with any of the another graph database networks to create a new single graph database network.
41 . The distributed graph database network of claim 38 , wherein any of the one or more distributed graph database networks is deployable as a private internet.
42 . A graph database network system comprising at least one computer processor, a plurality of graph database nodes, data nodes and edges, wherein any graph database node comprises a collection of child graph database nodes wherein the collection of child graph database nodes are distributable across at least one virtual or physical server by the at least one computer processor, and wherein integrity of the plurality of graph database nodes and the edges is maintainable across the at least one virtual or physical servers through the use of unique identifiers and immutability, wherein the data nodes and the edges are evolvable through the addition of any of: a new edge joining two existing data nodes and the addition of a new data node with a new edge joining the new data node.
43 . The graph database network system of claim 42 , wherein information in the plurality of graph database nodes are configured to be automatically synchronizable by sharing subsets of data nodes or edges.
44 . The distributed graph database network of claim 38 , wherein the distributed graph database network is configured to be deployable upon an initial request.
45 . The computer network of claim 38 , wherein the new edges, the new data nodes, and the plurality of graph database nodes each contain immutable data.
46 . The computer network of claim 38 , wherein the graph database nodes, the new edges, the new data nodes and the new graph database nodes are maintainable across a plurality of servers.
47 . The computer network of claim 38 , wherein each edge comprises a data node.
48 . The computer network of claim 38 , wherein the immutable data provides a basis for knowing a state of the computer network at any point in time.
49 . The graph database network system of claim 42 , wherein the edges joining the graph database nodes each comprise a data node.
50 . The computer network of claim 38 , wherein each of the graph database nodes includes an identifier and immutable data, wherein the identifier and immutable data maintain the integrity of each of the graph database nodes when distributed.
51 . The graph database network system of claim 42 , wherein any subset of the plurality of graph database nodes is transferable as one of a packet, a binary format, and a stream using at least one of a messaging process, a services-oriented process, and an information exchange process.
52 . The graph database network system of claim 42 , wherein the child graph database nodes are distributable through an intermediary graph database node using an electronic communication protocol.
53 . The graph database network system of claim 42 , wherein the graph database nodes are evolvable to correct an erroneous linkage by adding a new edge.
54 . The graph database network system of claim 42 , wherein erroneous edges are rectified through the addition of a new edge, a new node, or both a new edge and a new node.
55 . The graph database network system of claim 42 , wherein erroneous edges are rectified by merging into the subset of the graph database network at least one of new edges and new nodes so that one of the plurality of graph database nodes is also linked to corrected information.
56 . The distributed graph database network of claim 38 , wherein edges are relationships.
57 . The distributed graph database network of claim 56 , wherein changes are signified only through new relationships creating new linkages between entities.
58 . The claim of 57 , wherein a graph database node is an entity.
