Abstract
An information processing apparatus, method and computer program product determine an object range to be displayed on a display based on a detected user-related action. For the apparatus, a control unit determines content to be displayed within an object range on a map. An action recognition processing unit that detects a user-related action. The control unit determines the content to be displayed within the object range. The object range includes a current position of the information processing apparatus, and a coverage area of the object range is based on the user-related action detected by the action recognition processing unit.

21 : An information processing apparatus, comprising:
circuitry configured to control a display to display a content within an object range on a map; acquire movement information and position information of a client terminal of a user; control the object range in response to the movement information and the position information; determine an action of the user; and control the content displayed on the display in response to the determined action.
22 : The information processing apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the movement information is either movement speed or movement direction of the client terminal.
23 : The information processing apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the action of the user includes at least one of a set of moving and standing.
24 : The information processing apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the action of the user includes at least one of a set of shopping and eating.
25 : The information processing apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the circuitry is configured to:
determine a first action of the user; control the object range in case the first action is determined to be moving; and acquire peripheral information in case the first action is determined not to be moving.
26 : The information processing apparatus according to claim 25 , wherein the circuitry is configured to:
determine a second action of the user in case the action is determined not to be moving; and control the display to display the acquired peripheral information related to the determined second action.
27 : The information processing apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the circuitry is configured to:
control the display to change an enlargement or reduction ratio of the content based on the acquired movement information.
28 : An information processing method, comprising:
controlling a display to display a content within an object range on a map; acquire movement information and position information of a client terminal of a user; controlling the object range in response to the movement information and the position information; determining, using circuitry, an action of the user; and controlling the content displayed on the display in response to the determined action.
29 : The information processing method according to claim 28 , wherein the movement information is either movement speed or movement direction of the client terminal.
30 : The information processing method according to claim 28 , wherein the action of the user includes at least one of a set of moving and standing.

35 : A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having computer readable instructions stored therein that when executed by circuitry perform a method, the method comprising:
controlling a display to display a content within an object range on a map; acquire movement information and position information of a client terminal of a user; controlling the object range in response to the movement information and the position information; determining an action of the user; and controlling the content displayed on the display in response to the determined action.
