Multi-function cup having detachable cup mouth

Abstract

A multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth includes a cup body having a cup mouth. The cup mouth is provided with a sealing cover device. The sealing cover device includes a cup cover, an engaging hoop, an engaging ring, and a buckle. The engaging hoop is attached to an inner wall of the engaging ring. The engaging ring has a notch. The buckle is connected with the engaging ring. Two sides of the buckle are connected with the engaging ring at two sides of the notch. The cup mouth is provided with a flange extending upward. The cup cover is mated with the flange. The buckle is buckled with the engaging ring to reduce the engaging ring for the engaging hoop to fasten the flange of the cup mouth. Because the cup is made of silicone, it is easy and convenient to place articles into the multi-function cup.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth, comprising a cup body, the cup body having a cup mouth, characterized by: the cup body being made of a soft material, the cup mouth being provided with a sealing cover device, the sealing cover device comprising a cup cover, an engaging hoop, an engaging ring, and a buckle, the engaging hoop being attached to an inner wall of the engaging ring, the engaging ring having a notch, the buckle being connected with the engaging ring, one end of the buckle being jointed with the engaging ring at one side of the notch, another end of the buckle being buckled to the engaging ring at another side of the notch, the cup mouth being provided with a flange extending upward, the flange being attached to an inner wall of the engaging hoop, the cup cover being mated with an inner wall of the flange, the buckle being buckled with the engaging ring to reduce the engaging ring along the notch for the engaging hoop at the inner wall of the engaging ring to fasten the flange of the cup mouth.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the buckle comprises an engaging plate and a connector, the engaging plate is hingedly connected to the engaging ring at one side of the notch, one end of the connector is hingedly connected to the engaging plate, and another end of the connector is connected to the engaging ring at the other side of the notch.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein an outer side of the engaging ring is provided with a protective covering which is attached to the engaging ring, the outer side of the engaging ring has a protruding block, the protruding block has a limit groove therein, one side of the protruding block has an opening in communication with the limit groove, the opening and the limit groove form a T-shaped configuration, and an inner side of the protective covering has a limit block to mate with the limit groove.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein an upper portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring has a limit rib protruding outward, a lower portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring has a support rib protruding outward, an upper end of the engaging hoop is engaged with the limit rib, and a lower end of the engaging hoop is in contact with the support rib.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail. 
     
     
         13 . The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth. 
     
     
         14 . The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth. 
     
     
         15 . The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth. 
     
     
         16 . The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.
