Claims
Abstract
A container consisting of a body for holding a liquid therein, and a foil of material detachably mounted on such body wherein such foil may be readily detached from such body, formed into a conduit and inserted into the outlet of such body to serve as an elongated spout.

1 . A container comprising:
a body for holding a liquid therein, provided with an outlet for passing said liquid; and a patch detachably mounted on said body, wherein said patch may be detached from said body, formed into a conduit and inserted into said outlet to serve as a elongated spout.
2 . The container of claim 1 wherein said patch is formed of one of a paper and plastic material.
3 . The container of claim 1 wherein said patch is provided with one of a circular, rectangular and elliptical configuration.
4 . The container of claim 1 wherein said patch is provided with selected indicia.
5 . The container of claim 1 wherein said patch is provided with an adhesive on a surface thereof for detachably securing to said body.
6 . The container of claim 5 wherein said adhesive consists of one of a starch and food grade wax.
7 . The container of claim 5 wherein said patch may be rolled into conduit with the adhesive bearing side thereof disposed on an inner side thereof with a portion thereof overlapping and adhering to an end of a non-adhesive bearing side of said patch.
8 . The container of claim 7 wherein said adhesive consist of one of a starch and food grade wax.
9 . The container of claim 1 wherein said body is formed of glass, is provided with a cylindrical segment and a segment of increasingly diminishing diameter terminating on a segment including said outlet, and said patch is adhesively secured to said cylindrical segment.
10 . The container of claim 9 wherein said adhesive consists of one of a starch and food grade wax.
