Credit card sized comb

Abstract

A credit card sized comb includes a thin, rectangular sheet having a narrow toothed edge, a wide toothed edge opposite the narrow toothed edge, and a middle strip; a plurality of narrow teeth positioned on the narrow toothed edge, the plurality of narrow teeth having a narrow curved tooth gap positioned between bases of the plurality of narrow teeth, a first narrow terminal tooth on a first end of the narrow toothed edge, and a second narrow terminal tooth on a second end of the narrow toothed edge; and a plurality of wide teeth positioned on the wide toothed edge, the plurality of wide teeth having a wide curved tooth gap positioned between bases of the plurality of wide teeth, a first wide terminal tooth on a first end of the wide toothed edge, and a second wide terminal tooth on a second end of the wide toothed edge.

1 . A credit card sized comb, comprising:
 a thin, rectangular sheet having a narrow toothed edge, a wide toothed edge opposite the narrow toothed edge, and a middle strip;   a plurality of narrow teeth positioned on the narrow toothed edge, the plurality of narrow teeth comprising a narrow curved tooth gap positioned between bases of the plurality of narrow teeth, a first narrow terminal tooth on a first end of the narrow toothed edge, and a second narrow terminal tooth on a second end of the narrow toothed edge; and   a plurality of wide teeth positioned on the wide toothed edge, the plurality of wide teeth comprising a wide curved tooth gap positioned between bases of the plurality of wide teeth, a first wide terminal tooth on a first end of the wide toothed edge, and a second wide terminal tooth on a second end of the wide toothed edge,   wherein the first narrow terminal tooth, the second narrow terminal tooth, the first wide terminal tooth, and the second wide terminal tooth have wider bases than the bases of the plurality of wide teeth, and the plurality of wide teeth have wider bases than the bases of the plurality of narrow teeth,   wherein the wide curved tooth gap is wider than the narrow curved tooth gap, and   wherein the plurality of wide teeth and the plurality of narrow teeth are all substantially the same length.   
     
     
         2 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the credit card sized comb comprises length and width dimensions substantially the same as length and width dimensions of a credit card. 
     
     
         3 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the credit card sized comb comprises a thickness from about 0.1 cm to about 1.0 cm. 
     
     
         4 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of narrow teeth and the plurality of wide teeth are uniformly tapered. 
     
     
         5 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the first narrow terminal tooth and the second narrow terminal tooth are tapered and curved towards the plurality of narrow teeth, and the first wide terminal tooth and the second wide terminal tooth are tapered and curved towards the plurality of wide teeth. 
     
     
         6 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 5 , wherein the first narrow terminal tooth, the second narrow terminal tooth, the first wide terminal tooth, and the second wide terminal tooth each comprise a thickness from about 0.1 cm to about 1.0 cm. 
     
     
         7 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 4 , wherein the first narrow terminal tooth, the second narrow terminal tooth, the first wide terminal tooth, and the second wide terminal tooth each comprise a thickness of about 0.4 cm. 
     
     
         8 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the middle strip comprises a width from about 0.1 cm to about 5.0 cm. 
     
     
         9 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the middle strip comprises a width of about 1.0 cm. 
     
     
         10 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of narrow teeth comprises a length from about 0.5 cm to about 4.5 cm. 
     
     
         11 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of narrow teeth comprises a length of about 2.2 cm. 
     
     
         12 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the bases of the plurality of narrow teeth comprises a width from about 0.05 cm to about 0.5 cm. 
     
     
         13 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the bases of the plurality of narrow teeth comprises a width of about 0.1 cm. 
     
     
         14 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of wide teeth comprises a length from about 0.5 cm to about 4.5 cm. 
     
     
         15 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of wide teeth comprises a length of about 2.2 cm. 
     
     
         16 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the bases of the plurality of wide teeth comprises a width from about 0.1 cm to about 1.0 cm. 
     
     
         17 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the bases of the plurality of wide teeth comprises a width of about 0.3 cm. 
     
     
         18 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the narrow curved tooth gap comprises a length from about 0.01 cm to about 0.5 cm. 
     
     
         19 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the narrow curved tooth gap comprises a length of about 0.1 cm. 
     
     
         20 . The credit card sized comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the wide curved tooth gap comprises a length from about 0.1 cm to about 1.0 cm.

         22 . A credit card sized comb, comprising:
 a thin, rectangular sheet having a narrow toothed edge, a wide toothed edge opposite the narrow toothed edge, and a middle strip;   a plurality of narrow teeth positioned on the narrow toothed edge, the plurality of narrow teeth comprising a narrow curved tooth gap positioned between bases of the plurality of narrow teeth, a first narrow terminal tooth on a first end of the narrow toothed edge, and a second narrow terminal tooth on a second end of the narrow toothed edge; and   a plurality of wide teeth positioned on the wide toothed edge, the plurality of wide teeth comprising a wide curved tooth gap positioned between bases of the plurality of wide teeth, a first wide terminal tooth on a first end of the wide toothed edge, and a second wide terminal tooth on a second end of the wide toothed edge,   wherein the first narrow terminal tooth, the second narrow terminal tooth, the first wide terminal tooth, and the second wide terminal tooth have wider bases than the bases of the plurality of wide teeth, and the plurality of wide teeth have wider bases than the bases of the plurality of narrow teeth,   wherein the wide curved tooth gap is wider than the narrow curved tooth gap, and   wherein the thin, rectangular sheet, the plurality of narrow teeth, the plurality of wide teeth, the first and second narrow terminal tooth, and the first and second wide terminal tooth are comprised of a plastic material.
