The cavity is configured to receive at least part of a hand or a foot of a user. The glove portion further includes a first opening at one end of the glove portion and a second opening at another end of the glove portion. The first and second openings provide ingress to or egress from the cavity. The glove portion further includes a strip extending between the plantar and dorsal aspects. The strip is adjacent to the second opening. The glove portion further includes a first indicium disposed on the plantar aspect. The first indicium extends along a first axis. The first axis is coincident with a portion of the strip.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , wherein the glove portion further comprises a second indicium, wherein the second indicium extends along a second axis, wherein the second axis is transverse to the first axis.

. The athletic strap of claim 2 , wherein the second axis is parallel to the first axis.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , further comprising at least one band extending from the glove portion.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , wherein the at least one band comprises a fastening means for assisting in coupling the at least one band to the arm or leg of a user.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , wherein the at least one band comprises a pair of bands.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , wherein the at least one band comprises an elastic material.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , further comprising a third opening, wherein the strip extends between the second and third openings.

. The athletic strap of claim 8 , wherein the second opening is configured to receive a big toe or a fore finger of a user, wherein the third opening is configured to receive more than one of a user's other toes or more than one of a user's other fingers.

. The athletic strap of claim 8 , further comprising a fourth opening, wherein the second opening is configured to receive a fore finger of a user, wherein the third opening is configured to receive more than one of the user's other fingers, wherein the fourth opening is configured to receive a thumb of the user.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , further comprising at least one seam between the plantar and dorsal aspects.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , further comprising a first seam and a second seam, wherein the first seam is disposed on a lateral aspect between the plantar and dorsal aspects, wherein the second seam is disposed on a medial aspect between the plantar and dorsal aspects.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , wherein the first indicium comprises a plurality of chevrons.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , wherein the glove portion further comprises a tacky material on an outer surface of the plantar portion.

. The athletic strap of claim 1 , wherein the glove portion further comprises a tacky material on an inner surface of the plantar portion.
