Candyshade

Abstract

A CANDYSHADE, sunshade is described as the combination of elements that may include; a sunshade frame component, an adjustable flexible arm with at least one quick connector in one of the ends, and a plurality of support members for fastening, attach or hold the sunshade to or in to an object. wherein the sunshade member is connectable to the first end of the support arm, and the support member is connected or connectable to the second end of the support arm. The removable sunshade component may comprise a frame configuring a quick connector, i.e. a male screw. to be able to attach and detach from said flexible arm. Said frame may be foldable, including one or more folding axis, or may be configured to flex fold, or may be one piece rigid, further more may comprise a material to protect from direct sun heat, light, UVA, UVB, sun rays or other rays or light reflections that may cause inconvenience, harm or damage to the skin, hair, eyes, plants, pets, equipment and electronics and may comprise a clamp, or other system to keep the sunshade component all together, The arm may be flexible but strong and steady to support the sunshade component weight in multiple positions and withstand adverse outdoor and wind conditions, included but no limited to gusted winds, and must have at least one quick connector in one end, e.g. a female tread, and configured to attach permanently or temporally to a support member in the second end, to be able to attach the sunshade to another object such as a furniture or a pole or deck. A CANDYSHADE may be light weight, stylish, easy to assemble, disassembly, install, storage and carry.

1 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE, comprising a flexible arm having two ends, configured with a quick connector in one end;
 a sunshade component configured with a quick connector;   and a base connected to the second end of the arm;   wherein said sunshade is configured to be attachable and detachable to the flexible arm, and the base may comprise a plurality of support members.   
     
     
         2 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein said base is configured to be a clamp, a base, a holder, a pole, a suction cup, a 360 rotator positioner, a blade, straps, a magnet, a sticky substance, an anti slip material, or a combination of those with means to grip, attach or hold to or in to other element or objects. 
     
     
         3 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein said base, arm or shade are manufactured with materials resistant or treated to sustain weather damage. 
     
     
         4 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the base is configured to be attachable and detachable to the flexible arm. 
     
     
         5 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the base may comprise metal, plastic, natural or synthetics fibers or a combination of those. 
     
     
         6 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the flexible arm may comprise metal, plastic, synthetic or natural fibers or a combination of those. 
     
     
         7 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the flexible arm quick connector may comprise a plurality of systems to connect and disconnect. 
     
     
         8 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the flexible arm is a bendable metal bar. 
     
     
         9 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the flexible arm is configured to connect and disconnect a sunshade or base to both of its ends. 
     
     
         10 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the arm may be a flexible gooseneck. 
     
     
         11 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 10 , wherein the flexible gooseneck is reinforced to increase its load capacity, strength or stiffness. 
     
     
         12 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 10 , wherein the gooseneck is reinforced with a bar insert. 
     
     
         13 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the sunshade comprises a round, elliptical, geometric, malleable or random shape frame. 
     
     
         14 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 13 , wherein the sunshade frame comprise, metal, plastic, natural or synthetic fibers or a combination of those. 
     
     
         15 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the sunshade is configured to attach and detach to one or more ends of the flexible arm 
     
     
         16 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 13 , wherein the frame may be configured to hold or have insert a cloth fabric, mesh shade, natural or synthetic fibers, or other flexible or rigid material or fibers or a combination of those. 
     
     
         17 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 13 , wherein the frame may be configured to be rigid, foldable, collapsible, twistable or a combination of those. 
     
     
         18 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the sunshade may be configured to outline and block heat, light, UVA & UVB rays, other rays or wind to passing through. 
     
     
         19 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 13 , wherein said sunshade frame may be permanently attached to one end of said flexible arm. 
     
     
         20 . The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of  claim 1 , wherein the sunshade may be configured to direct a shadow to an object, an area or a living thing selected by the user, included but not limited to the user upper body.
