Abstract

A portable school bus shelter used in rural areas to protect school children from the weather elements. In one particular embodiment, the portable bus shelter may measure 8½ to 9 feet in height with windows measuring 2 feet by 2 feet. A door is provided for the portable shelter along with seating within the shelter. The shelter may be expandable up to 8 feet in width and is preferably made of fiberglass molding.

 a. a door;   b. a first side wall, where the first side wall includes a single window;   c. a second side wall, where the second side wall includes a single window; and   a rear wall, where the rear wall includes a single window;   e.   
     
     
         2 . The portable shelter according to  claim 1 , further including a domed roof. 
     
     
         3 . The portable shelter according to  claim 1 , where the shelter is made of fiberglass. 
     
     
         4 . The portable shelter according to  claim 1 , where the shelter is at least 8.5 feet in height.
