Abstract

A tobacco pouch made of flexible flat material with a front panel ( 2 ) and a back panel ( 3 ), which are folded against each other on the lower edge around a first lower folding line ( 4 ) and are connected with each other at the two lateral edges and include a main compartment ( 21 ) for tobacco, which is accessible from the outside through a main compartment opening ( 22 ) between the upper edges of the front panel and the back panel, a first wrapping flap ( 6 ) connected with the upper edge of the back panel and foldable towards the front panel, an arrangement of a first panel ( 8 ) and a second panel ( 10 ) being provided which are folded against each other around a second folding line and are connected with each other at both lateral edges and define a secondary compartment which is accessible through a secondary compartment opening ( 24 ), the secondary compartment being formed between the first and second panel which are folded around a second lower folding line at their lower edge, so that the secondary compartment is inside front panel and back panel.

A tobacco pouch made of flexible flat material with a front panel ( 2 ) and a back panel ( 3 ), which are folded against each other on the lower edge around a first lower folding line ( 4 ) and are connected with each other at the two lateral edges and include a main compartment ( 21 ) for tobacco, which is accessible from the outside through a main compartment opening ( 22 ) between the upper edges of the front panel ( 2 ) and the back panel ( 3 ), a first wrapping flap ( 6 ) connected with the upper edge of the back panel ( 3 ) and foldable towards the front panel ( 2 ), an arrangement of a first panel ( 8 ) and a second panel ( 10 ) being provided which are folded against each other around a second folding line ( 9 ) and are connected with each other at both lateral edges and define a secondary compartment which is accessible through a secondary compartment opening ( 24 ), characterized in that the secondary compartment ( 23 ) is formed between the first and second panel ( 8 ,  10 ) which are folded around a second lower folding line ( 9 ) at their lower edge, so that the secondary compartment is inside front panel and back panel. 
     
     
         2 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one first openable and reclosable fastener ( 14 ) is provided at the main compartment which is fastened on the insides of the second panel ( 10 ) and the back panel ( 3 ), the first fastener ( 14 ) being fastened
 a.) on the insides of the second panel ( 10 ) and of the back panel ( 3 ) or   
       b.) on the insides of the first wrapping flap ( 6 ) and an upper front panel ( 12 ) which is provided at the upper edge of the second panel ( 8 ,  10 ) and is foldable towards the outside of the second panel ( 8 ,  10 ) or
 c.) on the insides of the second panel ( 10 ) and of the front panel ( 2 ), or 
 d.) on the insides of the first panel ( 8 ) and of the back panel ( 3 ). 
 
     
     
         3 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which the front panel ( 2 ), the back panel ( 3 ) and the first and second panels ( 8 ,  10 ) of the secondary compartment ( 23 ) are connected with each other at both lateral edges through seams ( 18 ,  19 ).

The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which the first panel ( 8 ) is connected with the upper edge of the front panel ( 2 ) via a second upper folding line ( 7 ) and/or in which the first panel ( 8 ) is connected with the upper edge of the back panel ( 3 ) via a second upper folding line ( 7 ). 
     
     
         5 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which several secondary compartments ( 23 ) are formed through several arrangements of overlapping first and second panels ( 8 ,  10 ), wherein the first and second panels ( 8 ,  10 ) of each arrangement are connected with each other at the lower edge through a second lower folding line ( 9 ) and neighbouring first and second panels ( 8 ,  10 ) of different arrangements at the upper edge are connected with each other through a second upper folding line ( 7 ). 
     
     
         6 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which the height of the secondary compartment opening ( 24 ) is arranged offset with respect to the main compartment opening ( 22 ). 
     
     
         7 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which the height of the secondary compartment openings ( 24 ) of several secondary compartments ( 23 ) are arranged offset with respect to each other. 
     
     
         8 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which at least one second openable fastener at the secondary compartment opening ( 24 ) is provided. 
     
     
         9 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 8 , which has at least one first reclosable fastener ( 14 ) at the main compartment opening ( 22 ) and/or at least one second reclosable fastener at the secondary compartment opening ( 24 ). 
     
     
         10 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 8 , in which the heights of the first fastener ( 14 ) and the second fastener are arranged offset. 
     
     
         11 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which a secondary compartment ( 23 ) arranged on the inside of the front panel ( 2 ) is connected by connection ( 25 ) with the front panel ( 2 ) or of the back panel ( 3 ) at the lower edge.) 
     
     
         12 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 11 , in which the secondary compartment ( 23 ) is connected with the front panel ( 2 ) at the lower edge through sealing. 
     
     
         13 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which the secondary compartment is divided in at least two portions by at least one vertically extending seam. 
     
     
         14 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , in which a tertiary compartment is defined by the first panel ( 8 ), the front panel ( 2 ) and the connection ( 25 ) between the secondary compartment and the front panel, the tertiary compartment being accessible through a tertiary compartment opening within the front panel. 
     
     
         15 . The tobacco pouch according to  claim 1 , which is manufactured from single- or multi-ply, sealable film material.
