Self wicking garment

Abstract

A garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system includes a head garment having an outer cover connected extending down from a back of said head garment of a sufficient length to be disposed on a neck of a wearer, wherein the outer cover includes a pouch which contains a water proof liner operably connected thereto, an inner wicking liner having an end which removably inserted into the water proof liner and another end connected to an inner side of the head garment.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system, which includes
 a head garment having an outer cover connected extending down from a back of said head garment of a sufficient length to be disposed on a neck of a wearer, wherein said outer cover includes a pouch which contains a water proof liner operably connected thereto, an inner wicking liner having an end which removably inserted into said water proof liner and another end connected to an inner side of said head garment.   
     
     
         2 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 1 , wherein said inner liner is spot connected to head garment in a manner which permits the water to readily wick up said wicking liner toward said head garment. 
     
     
         3 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 1 , wherein inside the pouch is disposed one or more sponge to absorb water and stay in contact with said wicking liner to deliver water thereto. 
     
     
         4 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 1 , which includes one or more clips for removably securing said outer cover to one's clothing and keep the pouch from moving about. 
     
     
         5 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 1 , wherein said water proof liner is removable from said pouch. 
     
     
         6 . A garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system, which includes
 a garment worn by a user having an outer cover connected extending downward therefrom, wherein said outer cover includes a pouch which contains a water proof liner operably connected thereto, an inner wicking liner having an end which removably inserted into said water proof liner and another end connected to an inner side of said garment.   
     
     
         7 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 6 , wherein said inner liner is spot connected to head garment in a manner which permits the water to readily wick up said wicking liner toward said garment. 
     
     
         8 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 6 , wherein inside the pouch is disposed one or more sponge to absorb water and stay in contact with said wicking liner to deliver water thereto. 
     
     
         9 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 6 , which includes one or more clips for removably securing said outer cover to one's clothing and keep the pouch from moving about. 
     
     
         10 . The garment which is cooled with by a water wicking system of  claim 6 , wherein said water proof liner is removable from said pouch.
