Abstract

A vacuum assembly includes a housing that may be positioned proximate animal feces on a support surface. The housing is structured to have air urged therethrough and a bag is removably coupled to the housing. A canister is removably coupled to the housing such that the bag is contained within the canister. A motor is coupled to the housing and a fan is rotatably coupled to the motor. Thus, the motor rotates the fan when the motor is turned on. The fan urges air inwardly through the housing such that the housing may suctionally remove the animal feces from the support surface. The fan urges air outwardly through the housing such that the bag may receive the animal feces. A switch is coupled to the housing. The switch is coupled to the motor such that the switch turns the motor on and off.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A vacuum assembly configured to remove animal feces from a support surface, said assembly comprising:
 a housing being configured to be positioned proximate animal feces on a support surface, said housing being structured to have air urged therethrough;   a bag being removably coupled to said housing;   a canister being removably coupled to said housing such that said bag is contained within said canister;   a motor being coupled to said housing;   a fan being rotatably coupled to said motor wherein said motor rotates said fan when said motor is turned on, said fan urging air inwardly through said housing wherein said housing is configured to suctionally remove the animal feces from the support surface, said fan urging air outwardly through said housing wherein said bag is configured to receive the animal feces; and   a switch being coupled to said housing, said switch being coupled to said motor such that said switch turns said motor on and off.   
     
     
         2 . The assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein said housing has a body portion and a nozzle portion, said housing being substantially hollow, said nozzle portion having a distal end with respect to said body portion, said distal end being open, said body portion having a rear end, said rear end being open. 
     
     
         3 . The assembly according to  claim 2 , wherein said nozzle portion comprises a plurality of slidable sections such that said nozzle portion has a telescopically adjustable length, said nozzle portion having an outer wall, said outer wall flaring outwardly adjacent to said distal end to define a cup being positioned on said distal end. 
     
     
         4 . The assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 said housing has a rear end; and   said canister having a rear wall and a peripheral wall extending away from said rear wall, said peripheral wall having a distal edge with respect to said rear wall, said distal edge of said canister abutting said rear end of said housing.   
     
     
         5 . The assembly according to  claim 2 , wherein a handle being attached to said housing wherein said handle is configured to be gripped, said handle being positioned on said body portion, said handle being arcuate. 
     
     
         6 . The assembly according to  claim 2 , further comprising a lock being coupled to said housing, said lock being positioned on said body portion, said lock being positioned adjacent to said rear end, said lock engaging said canister such that said lock removably retains said canister on said housing. 
     
     
         7 . The assembly according to  claim 2 , further comprising a clip being coupled to said housing, said clip being positioned on said body portion wherein said clip is configured to engage clothing of a user thereby facilitating said housing to be stored on the user's clothing. 
     
     
         6 . The assembly according to  claim 2 , further comprising a power supply being coupled to said housing, said power supply being positioned within said body portion, said power supply being electrically coupled to said motor, said power supply comprising at least one battery. 
     
     
         7 . A vacuum assembly configured to remove animal feces from a support surface, said assembly comprising:
 a housing having a body portion and a nozzle portion, said housing being substantially hollow, said nozzle portion having a distal end with respect to said body portion, said distal end being open, said nozzle portion comprising a plurality of slidable sections such that said nozzle portion has a telescopically adjustable length, said nozzle portion having an outer wall, said outer wall flaring outwardly adjacent to said distal end to define a cup being positioned on said distal end wherein said cup is configured to be positioned proximate animal feces, said body portion having a rear end, said rear end being open;   a bag being positioned around said rear end;   a canister having a rear wall and a peripheral wall extending away from said rear wall, said peripheral wall having a distal edge with respect to said rear wall, said canister being removably coupled to said housing having said distal edge of said canister abutting said rear end such that said bag is contained within said canister;   a handle being attached to said housing wherein said handle is configured to be gripped, said handle being positioned on said body portion, said handle being arcuate;   a lock being coupled to said housing, said lock being positioned on said body portion, said lock being positioned adjacent to said rear end, said lock engaging said canister such that said lock removably retains said canister on said housing;   a clip being coupled to said housing, said clip being positioned on said body portion wherein said clip is configured to engage clothing of a user thereby facilitating said housing to be stored on the user's clothing;   a motor being coupled to said housing, said motor being positioned within said body portion;   a fan being rotatably coupled to said motor wherein said motor rotates said fan when said motor is turned on, said fan urging air inwardly through said distal end of said nozzle portion wherein said nozzle portion is configured to suctionally remove the animal feces from the support surface, said fan urging air outwardly through said rear end of said body portion wherein said bag is configured to receive the animal feces;   a switch being coupled to said housing, said switch being positioned on said handle wherein said switch is configured to be manipulated, said switch being electrically coupled to said motor such that said switch turns said motor on and off; and   a power supply being coupled to said housing, said power supply being positioned within said body portion, said power supply being electrically coupled to said motor, said power supply comprising at least one battery.
