Abstract
An improved tether ball game includes a flexible and bendable pole, a foam ball attached to a top part of the pole by way of a cord and a bottom of the pole is connected to a base to supporting the pole in an upward manner. A water conduit is provided with the pole to provide a spray therefrom.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An improved tether ball game, which includes:
a flexible and bendable pole; a foam ball attached to a top part of said pole by way of a cord; and a bottom of said pole is connected to a base to supporting the pole in an upward manner.
2 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said foam ball is made of a polyfoam material having an axial opening extending therethrough with a cylindrical shaft extending through said axial opening and which receives the cord therethrough.
3 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said pole is made of poly vinyl chloride (PVC).
4 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said pole has a diameter and thickness predetermined in connection with a weight and size of said ball so that it flexes and bends as said ball is forcibly orbiting about said pole exerting a force on a top of said pole.
5 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said base includes a sleeve fixed in a ground surface.
6 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said base is a housing containing a fluid material.
7 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said ball is characterized by its fabrication of a single piece of seamless resilient material, said cord is attached to said ball by means of a stop.
8 . The tether ball game of claim 7 , wherein said stop includes a flanged insert.
9 . The tether ball game of claim 6 , which includes a hose communicably connected to said base to feed water into said pole.
10 . The tether ball game of claim 6 , wherein said pole is formed with a plurality of holes which provide for water streams to be formed when water is passed under pressure up said pole.
11 . The tether ball game of claim 10 , wherein a top end of said pole is closed.
12 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein pole is configured to receive water therethrough and includes an upper opening through which water is emitted.
13 . The tether ball game of claim 12 , which includes a spray nozzle operable disposed adjacent said upper opening to receive water therethrough.
14 . An improved tether ball game, which includes:
a pole having at least one upper opening and configured to receive water therethrough and includes an upper opening through which water is emitted; a foam ball attached to a top part of said pole by way of a cord; and a bottom of said pole is connected to a base to supporting the pole in an upward manner.
15 . The tether ball game of claim 14 , wherein said foam ball is made of a polyfoam material having an axial opening extending therethrough with a cylindrical shaft extending through said axial opening and which receives the cord therethrough.
16 . The tether ball game of claim 14 , wherein said pole is made of bendable poly vinyl chloride (PVC).
17 . The tether ball game of claim 14 , wherein said pole has a diameter and thickness predetermined in connection with a weight and size of said ball so that it flexes and bends as said ball is forcibly orbiting about said pole exerting a force on a top of said pole.
18 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said base is a housing contains a weighting filler material.
19 . The tether ball game of claim 1 , wherein said ball is characterized by its fabrication of a single piece of seamless resilient material, said cord is attached to said ball by means of a stop.
20 . The tether ball game of claim 14 , which includes a hose communicably connected to said pole to feed water therethrough.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
