Article of clothing having additional coverings for a single individual

Abstract

An article of clothing adapted for use by a wearer, the article of clothing including an outer body and an inner body. The outer body includes a front sheet, a collar portion, a pair of sleeves, each sleeve extending from one side of the outer body. The inner body includes a front sheet, a collar portion, a pair of sleeves, each sleeve extending from one side of the inner body. The collar portion of the inner body is attached to the collar portion of the outer body. The inner body is disposed within the outer body. In one embodiment, a pocket is disposed on the outer surface of the front sheet of the inner body. In another embodiment, a pocket is disposed on the inner surface of the front sheet of the outer body.

What is claimed herein is: 
     
         1 . An article of clothing adapted for use by a wearer having a torso having a front side, said article of clothing comprising:
 (a) an outer body configured for covering substantially the torso of the wearer, said outer body comprising a front sheet configured for covering the front side of the torso of the wearer, a collar portion, a pair of sleeves, each sleeve extending from one side of said outer body; and   (b) an inner body configured for covering substantially the torso of the wearer, said inner body comprising a front sheet configured for covering the front side of the torso of the wearer, a collar portion, a pair of sleeves, each sleeve extending from one side of said inner body, wherein said collar portion of said inner body is configured to be attached to said collar portion of said outer body, said inner body is disposed within said outer body,   whereby each sleeve of said pair of sleeves of said inner body is configured to be insertable through a sleeve of said pair of sleeves of said outer body and retractable from a sleeve of said pair of sleeves of said outer body.   
     
     
         2 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , wherein said front sheet of said inner body comprises an outer surface and a pocket is configured to be disposed on said outer surface of said inner body. 
     
     
         3 . The article of clothing of  claim 2 , wherein said pocket of said front sheet of said inner body comprises two openings, each adapted for access with one hand of the wearer. 
     
     
         4 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , wherein said front sheet of said outer body comprises an inner surface and a pocket disposed on said inner surface of said outer body. 
     
     
         5 . The article of clothing of  claim 4 , wherein said pocket of said front sheet of said outer body comprises two openings, each adapted for access with one hand of the wearer. 
     
     
         6 . The article of clothing of  claim 1  is selected from the group consisting of a sweater, T-shirt and compression fit shirt. 
     
     
         7 . The article of clothing of  claim 1 , wherein each of said outer body and inner body further comprises a neck opening disposed on a top portion of said outer body and a hood extending from said neck opening, said hood comprising a pair of pockets, each of said pair of pockets is configured for receiving a heat pack and each of said pair of pockets is disposed at a location such that when disposed over the wearer, said each of said pair of pockets is disposed substantially over an ear of the wearer. 
     
     
         8 . An article of clothing adapted for use by a wearer having a torso having a front side, said article of clothing comprising a body configured for covering the torso, said body comprising a front sheet configured for covering the front side of the torso of the wearer, said front sheet having an inner surface and a pocket disposed on said inner surface of said front sheet. 
     
     
         9 . The article of clothing of  claim 8 , wherein said pocket comprises two openings, each opening adapted for access with one hand of the wearer. 
     
     
         10 . The article of clothing of  claim 8  is selected from the group consisting of a sweater, T-shirt and compression fit shirt. 
     
     
         11 . The article of clothing of  claim 8 , further comprising an internal pocket attached to a portion of an interior surface of said pocket, said internal pocket comprises an opening configured for receiving a heat pack. 
     
     
         12 . The article of clothing of  claim 8 , wherein said body further comprises at least one opening disposed on a side of said body and said article of clothing further comprises at least one sleeve having a top end, a bottom end and an inside surface, said top end of said at least one sleeve is configured to be attached to said at least one opening of said body and said at least one sleeve comprises a pocket disposed on said bottom end of said inside surface of said at least one sleeve, said pocket of said at least one sleeve having an opening for accommodating one of the wearer's hands. 
     
     
         13 . The article of clothing of  claim 12 , wherein said pocket of said at least one sleeve further comprises an internal pocket attached to a portion of an interior surface of said pocket of said at least one sleeve, said internal pocket comprises an opening configured for receiving a heat pack. 
     
     
         14 . The article of clothing of  claim 8 , wherein said body further comprising a neck opening disposed on a top portion of said body and a hood extending from said neck opening, said hood comprising a pair of pockets, each of said pair of pockets of said hood is configured for receiving a heat pack and each of said pair of pockets is disposed at a location such that when disposed over the wearer, said each of said pair of pockets is disposed substantially over an ear of the wearer. 
     
     
         15 . An article of clothing adapted for use by a wearer having a torso having a front side, said article of clothing comprising a body configured for covering the torso, said body comprises at least one opening disposed on a side of said body, at least one sleeve comprising a top end, a bottom end and an inside surface, wherein said top end of said at least one sleeve is configured to be attached to said at least one opening of said body and said at least one sleeve comprises a pocket disposed on said bottom end of said inside surface of said at least one sleeve, said pocket having an opening for accommodating one of the wearer's hands. 
     
     
         16 . The article of clothing of  claim 15 , wherein said pocket of said at least one sleeve further comprises an internal pocket attached to a portion of an interior surface of said pocket of said at least one sleeve, said internal pocket comprises an opening configured for receiving a heat pack. 
     
     
         17 . The article of clothing of  claim 15 , wherein said body further comprising a neck opening disposed on a top portion of said body and a hood extending from said neck opening, said hood comprising a pair of pockets, each of said pair of pockets is configured for receiving a heat pack and each of said pair of pockets is disposed at a location such that when disposed over the wearer, said each of said pair of pockets is disposed substantially over an ear of the wearer. 
     
     
         18 . The article of clothing of  claim 17 , wherein said hood is configured to be double-layered. 
     
     
         19 . The article of clothing of  claim 15 , wherein said body further comprises a front sheet configured to cover the front side of the torso, said front sheet having an inner surface, an inside sheet comprising a first surface, a second surface and a pocket disposed on said first surface, said first surface facing said inner surface of said front sheet, said second surface facing away from said inner surface of said front sheet, said inside sheet extending from a portion of said inner surface of said front sheet. 
     
     
         20 . The article of clothing of  claim 15  is selected from the group consisting of a sweater, T-shirt and compression fit shirt.
