. The water bottle carrier as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first cover of the first part of the body has a first connecting shaft disposed on a first side thereof and has two first locking tabs mounted on a second side thereof; the second cover of the second part of the body has two second connecting shafts fixed on an upper end and a lower end of a first side thereof and has a joining column rotatably connected with the two second connecting shafts of the second cover and the first connecting shaft of the first cover; the second cover of the second part has two second locking tabs fixed on a second side thereof to retain with the two first locking tabs of the first cover.

. The water bottle carrier as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the body further includes a third part connected with and removed from the first part and the second part, and the third part is located on an outer wall of the second part.

. The water bottle carrier as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the third part has a third cover and a flexible first covering layer, and the third cover of the third part has two third connecting shafts secured on a first side thereof and connecting with the two second connecting shafts of the second cover of the second part, and the joining column is rotatably coupled with the two third connecting shafts of the third cover, the two second connecting shafts of the second cover, and the first connecting shaft of the first cover; the third cover of the third part further has a retainer disposed on a second side thereof, and the second cover of the second part has an engaging recess for engaging with the retainer of the third cover; the flexible first covering layer is one piece formed and covers an outer wall of the third cover through an upper end and a lower end of an inner wall of the third cover.

. The water bottle carrier as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the inner wall of the first cover is hollow, and the first cover further has a first hollow area defined on an outer wall thereof and corresponding to the first flexible pad, and the first flexible pad 112 has a receiving pocket defined on the first hollow area.

. The water bottle carrier as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the second cover has a hollow inner wall on which a second hollow area is defined to correspond to the second flexible pad.

. The water bottle carrier as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the third cover further has a third hollow area corresponding to the flexible first covering layer.
