Anti-pcsk9 antibodies, formulations, dosing, and methods of use

Abstract

The invention provides anti-PCSK9 antibodies, formulations, dosing regimens, and methods of using the same.

1 . An anti-PCSK9 antibody comprising a heavy chain and light chain variable domain comprising six hypervariable region (HVR) sequences:
 (i) HVR-H1 comprising GFTFX 1 X 2 X 3 X 4 IH (SEQ ID NO:28), wherein X 1  is S or T; X 2  is G, R or S; X 3  is H, T or Y; X 4  is A or T;   (ii) HVR-H2 comprising RISPANGNTNYADSVKG (SEQ ID NO:4);   (iii) HVR-H3 comprising WIGSRELYIMDY (SEQ ID NO:5);   (iv) HVR-L1 comprising RASQDVSX 1 AVA (SEQ ID NO:29), wherein X 1  is S or T;   (v) HVR-L2 comprising SASX 1 LYS (SEQ ID NO:30), wherein X 1  is F or S; and   (vi) HVR-L3 comprising QQAYX 1 X 2 X 3 X 4 T (SEQ ID NO:37), wherein X 1  is P, R or T; X 2  is A, I, S or T; X 3  is L, P or Q; X 4  is A, H, P or S.
