Abstract

A robot toy comprising arms legs, torso and head each made of toy buildings or skyscrapers which connect, transform, and assemble into a toy robot is disclosed.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A transformable toy in the shape of a multistory building comprising:
 a) a top part of the building haying an articulating connection at the bottom of the top part for connecting to the center part of the building;   b) a left and right part of the building haying an articulating connection for connection to the center part of the building;   c) a left and right bottom part of the building haying an articulating connection for connecting to the bottom left and right bottom of the center part of the building;   d) the center part of the building haying an articulating connection at the top for connecting the top part of the building, a left and right articulating connection at the left and right of the center part for connecting the left and right part of the building, and a bottom left and right articulating connection for connecting the left and right bottom part of the building; and   e) wherein each of the parts of the building are connected such that when the parts are articulated they can be assembled into a toy robot haying arms, legs, a head and a torso, or assembled into a toy building having a single construction as a multistory building.

         3 . A method of assembling a toy robot in a transformational manner comprising selecting a plurality of multistory toy buildings and then using the toy buildings to assemble a pair of arms, a pair of legs, a torso, and a head. 
     
     
         4 . A method according to  claim 3  wherein the toy buildings are arranged in a city manner before assembling as a toy. 
     
     
         5 . The toy building, wherein the lower left and right part of the building are designed to be articulated to form the feet of the toy robot.
