Shoe provided with a heel and an embellishment

Abstract

A shoe has a heel and an embellishment fitted around the heel and which is detachably clamped around the heel. The embellishment includes a clamping bracket as well as an ornament which has the look of an artistically shaped artificial flower. The clamping bracket has a slightly conical shape as has the top part of the heel of the shoe, where the angle of the conical shape of the clamping bracket and that of a part of the heel are equal.

1 . A shoe comprising:
 a heel;   an embellishment which is provided with a clamping bracket by which the embellishment is detachably clamped around the heel, which clamping bracket is interrupted at one spot.   
     
     
         2 . The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the clamping bracket is flush mounted in the heel. 
     
     
         3 . The shoe of  claim 2 , wherein the heel is provided with a peripheral groove which partly accommodates the clamping bracket. 
     
     
         4 . The shoe of  claim 3 , wherein in that the peripheral groove is interrupted at one spot. 
     
     
         5 . The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the clamping bracket is conical and at least part of the heel is also conical having at least substantially the same vertical top angle as that of the clamping bracket, where the clamping bracket at the location of the conical part of the heel is clamped around the heel. 
     
     
         6 . The shoe of  claim 5 , wherein the clamping bracket is closely fitting around the heel over the entire or substantially entire periphery. 
     
     
         7 . The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the clamping bracket is closely fitting around the heel over the entire or substantially entire periphery. 
     
     
         8 . The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the clamping bracket includes a removable part that is fastened to the heel. 
     
     
         9 . A method for embellishing a shoe having a heel, the method comprising the steps of:
 providing an embellishment having a clamping bracket which is interrupted at one spot; and   detachably clamping the embellishment to the heel of the shoe.
