Abstract

A bow stabilizer for an archery bow having a first portion forming an angle to a second portion. The angle of the bow stabilizer creates a bent or curved shape between the first and second end, allowing a greater number of positions of the bow stabilizer than the current state of the art linear bow stabilizers. Additionally, the bow stabilizer of this application allows a user to easily switch positions by a rotating the bow stabilizer in the bow.

1 . A bow stabilizer for a bow, comprising:
 an elongated body having a first end and a second end;   a connection member;   the elongated body having a bent portion;   wherein the elongated body can be connected to the bow such that a selected position of the bow stabilizer relative to the bow can be achieved and maintained.   
     
     
         2 . The bow stabilizer of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a weight attached to the first end.   
     
     
         3 . The bow stabilizer of  claim 2 , wherein:
 the connection member is a threaded member;   wherein the threaded member can be connected to a receiving element of the bow.   
     
     
         4 . A bow stabilizer for an archery bow, comprising:
 an elongated body having a first end and a second end;   the elongated body further comprising a first portion and a second portion;   the first portion at an angle relative to the second portion;   a connection member;   wherein the elongated member can be connected to the bow with the connection member.   
     
     
         5 . The bow stabilizer of  claim 4 , further comprising:
 a weight attached to the first end.   
     
     
         6 . The bow stabilizer of  claim 5 , wherein:
 the second end comprises a threaded member;   wherein the threaded member can be connected to a receiving element of the bow.   
     
     
         7 . The bow stabilizer of  claim 6 , further comprising:
 a dampening member.   
     
     
         8 . The bow stabilizer of  claim 7 , wherein:
 the dampening member is located at the first end.   
     
     
         9 . The bow stabilizer of  claim 8 , wherein:
 the second end comprises a threaded member;   wherein the threaded member can be connected to a receiving element of the bow.   
     
     
         10 . A bow stabilizer for an archery bow, comprising:
 an elongated body having a first end and a second end;   a connection member;   the elongated body having a bent portion;   wherein the elongated body can be connected to the bow such that a selected position of the bow stabilizer relative to the bow can be achieved and maintained;   a dampening member;   a weight;   the weight attached to the first end;   the elongated body further comprising a first portion and a second portion;   the first portion at an angle relative to the second portion.
