Power Wall Patch

Abstract

The primary objective of the invention is to provide a system and method for fast and convenient repairing of holes or cracks in walls. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the system of fast and convenient repairing of holes or cracks in a wall includes the use of a cutter, a template, and a patch. The cutter has a plastic handle with a round base, the template that is fastened to the wall uses command strips, and guides the cutter for the size of the patch, and the patch is composed of solid plastic. The system also includes the use of cutter, wherein a drill can be attached to the cutter to follow the edge of the template to cut out the custom hole for the application of the patch. Furthermore, the cutter has a plurality of attachments, and the patches comprises of smooth pre-texture.

1 . A power wail patch device comprising of:
 a plastic cutter having a plastic handle with a round base;   a guidance template;   command strips; and   a drill.   
     
     
         2 . The power wall patch device of  claim 1 , wherein said drill is attached to said plastic cutter for making holes. 
     
     
         3 . The power wall patch of  claim 1 , wherein said plastic cutter further comprises of:
 a router bit;   a metal bearings;   a washer; and   a push lock washer.   
     
     
         4 . A fast and convenient method for repairing of on a wall comprising of steps:
 creating a custom guidance template to cover defects of a wall;   fastening a custom size and shape template to the wall with command strips;   assembling connection of a plastic cutter with a drill;   placing the template as a pre-texture patch;   cutting a hole with the plastic cutter and the drill following edges of said custom guidance template on a surface of the wall;   creating a vacuum hole of excess debris;   applying adhesive to an inner edge of a patch to affix on the surface of the wall;   wiping of the surface of the wall for dust and oil;   gluing the patch to the hole; and   performing a touch up over the glued patch.   
     
     
         5 . A fast and convenient method for repairing of defects on a wall of  claim 4  wherein said patch is screwed into the wall. 
     
     
         6 . A fast and convenient method for repairing defects on walls of  claim 4 , wherein said template guides said plastic cutter to size said patch. 
     
     
         7 . A fast and convenient method for repairing defects on walls of  claim 4 , wherein said patch is composed of solid plastic. 
     
     
         8 . A fast and convenient method for repairing defects on walls of  claim 4 , wherein said drill is attached to said plastic cutter to follow said edges of said template to cut out a custom hole for applying said patch. 
     
     
         9 . A fast and convenient method for repairing defects on walls of  claim 4 , wherein said smooth pre-texture patches are available in plurality of styles and colors.

         12 . The power wall patch device of  claim 1 , wherein said guidance template is fastened to a wall with said strips. 
     
     
         13 . The power wall patch device of  claim 1 , wherein edges of said guidance template guide and limit the move of said cutter with said drill during cutting process. 
     
     
         14 . The power wall patch device of  claim 1 , wherein said template is equal in size to the patch composed of solid plastic. 
     
     
         15 . The power wall patch device of  claim 1 , wherein said drill joined to said cutter to follow the edges of said template for cutting a custom shape for application of said patch. 
     
     
         16 . The power wall patch device of  claim 1 , wherein said guidance template is screwed into a wall.
