. The system according to claim 3 , characterized in that the outer portion of the outer body has a threaded structure in a way to comply with the bearing to which it is located.

. The system according to claim 4 , characterized in that the inner portion of the bearing of the unit on the housing has a threaded structure in a way to comply with the outer portion of the outer body.

. The system according to claim 1 , characterized in that the inner body comprises at least one liquid passage hole such that one of them is located on the upper/top and the other is located on the lower/bottom portions thereof.

. The system according to claim 1 , characterized in that the inner body comprises inner wings in the upper and lower portions of the inner portion thereof.

. The system according to claim 1 , characterized in that the component directing the water coming from the clean water channel to the inner body in the unit within the system comprises a bucket directing the clean water into the inner body.

. The system according to claim 8 , characterized in that the component directing the water coming from the clean water channel to the inner body in the unit within the system comprises an opening which allows water inlet in the section and facing the coming direction of water coming from the clean water channel of the bucket directing the clean water into the inner body.

. The system according to claim 9 , characterized in that the component directing the water coming from the clean water channel to the inner body in the unit within the system comprises thereon an opening that allows mounting thereof onto the housing.

. The system according to claim 10 , characterized in that the component directing the water coming from the clean water channel to the inner body in the unit within the system comprises thereon a mouth/opening through which the clean water passes into the inner body.

. The system according to claim 2 , characterized in that the component directing the water coming from the clean water channel to the inner body in the unit within the system is located onto the housing on the extension of the housing on lower portion of thereof such that it will enclose the extension from the outside, by being engaged in the extension by means of the opening disposed thereon.

. The system according to claim 12 , characterized in that the inner diameter of the component directing the water coming from the clean water channel to the inner body in the unit within the system is smaller than that of the extension of the housing on the lower portion thereof, onto which it is engaged.

. The system according to claim 6 , characterized in that the ball located in the inner body is located such that it will close the hole disposed in the lower portion of the inner body, and that it will fit at the bottom of the inner body, in case the system is closed, i.e. when there is no hygienic additive passage from the system into the toilet bowl and when there is no clean water passage to the toilet bowl from the reservoir and clean water channel.

. The system according to claim 6 , characterized in that the ball located in the inner body is located in upward position such that it will close the hole disposed in the upper portion of the inner body, and that it will fit at the top of the inner body, in case the system is active, i.e. when there is hygienic additive passage from the system into the toilet bowl and when there is clean water passage to the toilet bowl from the reservoir and clean water channel.
