Abstract

The present invention comprises a shock-absorbing grip alternative to weightlifting gloves. The shock-absorbing grip allows a user to easily grab any gym equipment without having to touch it with a naked hand, it prevents germ transfer, and it enables the user to use exercise equipment without the need for gel or liquid. The shock-absorbing grip is washable and is resistant to salt water in sweat of the user.

1 . An alternative shock-absorbing grip to absorb shocks when a user uses the alternative shock-absorbing grip to grab any gym equipment without having to touch it with a naked hand, the alternative shock-absorbing grip comprising:
 a grip with two faces; a rubber part; and a hook and loop fastener system,   wherein the grip with two faces is made from neoprene, the two faces of the grip comprising an exterior face and an interior face;   wherein the rubber part is included in the alternative shock-absorbing grip to absorb the shocks when the user uses the alternative shock-absorbing grip to grab the any gym equipment;   wherein the hook and loop fastener system comprises a hook component coupled to the interior face of the grip and a loop component coupled to the exterior face of the grip to connect the alternative shock absorbing grip to guarantee that the alternative shock-absorbing grip will not be loose when the user uses the alternative shock-absorbing grip to hold the any gym equipments.   
     
     
         2 . A grip that prevents germ transfer, enables a user to use the exercise equipment without the need for gel or liquid, is washable, and is resistant to salt water in sweat of the user.
