Abstract

The present invention aims to provide a dynamo-electric machine allowing high-voltage resistance, high-heat resistance, and stress resistance to improve. The object can be attained by providing a dynamo-electric machine having a stator or a rotor including a wound coil, a slot core containing the wound coil, a first insulant arranged around the wound coil and mainly formed of an inorganic material, and a second insulant arranged between the inorganic insulant and the slot core and mainly formed of an organic material.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A dynamo-electric machine having a stator or a rotor including a wound coil, a slot core containing the wound coil, a first insulant arranged around the wound coil and mainly formed of an inorganic material, and a second insulant arranged between the first insulant and the core and mainly formed of an organic material.

2 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 1 , wherein the first insulant includes a first inorganic insulant covering a surface of the wound coil and a second inorganic insulant arranged around the first inorganic insulant.

3 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 2 , wherein the first inorganic insulant has a density higher than a density of the second inorganic insulant.

4 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 3 , wherein the first inorganic insulant includes any one of ceramics, glass, cement, mica, alumina, and magnesia or a combination of those.

5 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 3 , wherein the thickness of the first inorganic insulant is 0.1 mm or more to 6 mm or less.

6 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 1 , wherein the second insulant is an adhesive.

7 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 6 , wherein the second insulant includes epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester, or polyimide.

8 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 7 , wherein the second insulant includes a mixture of silica and polyimide.

9 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 8 , wherein the second insulant includes mica.

10 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 1 , wherein the thermal conductivity of the second insulant is 0.6 W/mK or more.

11 . The dynamo-electric machine according to claim 10 , wherein the thermal conductivity of the second insulant is 2 W/mK or more.
