Abstract

The industrial fuel comprises the following constituents by weight percent: 65%-70% of methanol, 10%-15% of sugar pressing waste liquid, 5%-8% of rosin water, 1%-3% of oxydol with 27.5% mass concentration, 1.5%-3% of xylene, 1%-3% of phytate, 1.5%-2% of benzotriazole, 3%-5% of acetone, 0.01%-0.05% of ferrocene, 0.1%-0.5% of lavender oil, and 1.5%-2% of rubber swelling inhibitor.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel, is characterized in that the fuel comprises the following components by weight percent:
Methanol: 65%-70% Sugar pressing waste liquid: 10%-15% Rosin water: 5%-8% Oxydol of 27.5% mass concentration: 1%-3% Xylene: 1.5%-3% Phytate: 1%-3% Benzotriazole: 1.5%-2% Acetone: 3%-5% Ferrocene: 0.01%-0.05% Lavender oil: 0.1%-0.5% Rubber swelling inhibitor: 1.5%-2% wherein the sugar pressing waste liquid is a liquid product by filtering a waste liquid from a sugar mill and contains 30-80% of carbohydrates by weight.

2 . A process for preparing the novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel, is characterized by: firstly, injecting a specified dosage of methanol into a mixing tank; then sequentially injecting the rosin water, oxydol, xylene, phytate, benzotriazole, acetone, ferrocene and rubber swelling inhibitor in the proportion in claim 1 ; standing for 30-60 minutes; injecting the sugar pressing waste liquid and the lavender oil, and stirring for about 10-20 minutes; sealing the cap, and standing the mixed solution for 2-4 hours at room temperature to provide the novel industrial fuel.

3 . The novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel according to claim 1 , the fermented yeast and rhizopus by incubating one part of the yeast and three parts of rhizopus at temperature between 20 and 25° C. for 10-20 hours.
