Abstract
Disclosed is a cosmetic composition spread on lips to provide a color to lips. Disclosed are a lip pack cosmetic composition for tattooing and a method of preparing the same wherein lips are pigmented and thereby have tattoo effects by removing a formed layer after pigmenting a color on lips and drying the pigmented lips.

6 . A tattoo method comprising:
spreading a lip pack cosmetic composition on lips, wherein the lip pack cosmetic composition comprises a colored pigment; drying the lip pack cosmetic composition; and removing a formed layer.
7 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the colored pigment is deposited on the lips for 12 hours or more.
8 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the colored pigment is slowly lost after a certain time has passed.
9 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the lip pack cosmetic composition further comprises polyvinyl alcohol, ethanol, an organic acid and distilled water.
10 . The tattoo method of claim 9 , wherein the lip pack cosmetic composition further comprises at least one skin moisturizer selected from the group consisting of allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate and butylene glycol.
11 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the lip pack cosmetic composition further comprises a fragrance.
12 . The tattoo method of claim 9 , wherein organic acid of the lip pack cosmetic composition comprises citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, or a combination thereof.
13 . The tattoo method of claim 9 , wherein the organic acid of the lip pack cosmetic composition is not a salt-type organic acid.
14 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the colored pigment of the lip pack cosmetic composition comprises a lake pigment.
15 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the lip pack cosmetic composition comprises a gel formulation.

The tattoo method of claim 9 , wherein the lip pack cosmetic composition comprises 0.01 to 0.10 wt % of allantoin, 0.01 to 0.10 wt % of dipotassium glycyrrhizate, 0.5 to 1.0 wt % of butylene glycol, 15.0 to 30.0 wt % of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.01 to 0.20 wt % of a coloring pigment, 1.0 to 5.0% of ethanol (alcohol), 0.1 to 2.0 wt % of an organic acid, 0.05 to 0.50% of a fragrance, and 65.0 to 80.0 wt % of distilled water.
17 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the lip pack cosmetic composition does not comprise oil based raw materials.
18 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein the colored pigment of the lip pack cosmetic composition comprises a metal compound pigment.
19 . The tattoo method of claim 6 , wherein spreading the lip pack cosmetic composition comprises spreading 0.1 to 0.2 g of the lip pack cosmetic composition on the lips.
