Abstract

The present invention provides a method for determining differentiation level of pluripotent stem cell, comprising a step of determining a flatness of cultured pluripotent stem cell, wherein the flatness is an indication.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 9 . (canceled)

10 . A method for determining a differentiation level of a stem cell, comprising:
culturing the stem cell; capturing an image of the cultured stem cell by using a microscope; determining flatness of the cultured stem cell based on the image; and, determining the differentiation level of the cultured stem cell based on the flatness.

11 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the flatness is flatness of the surface of the cultured stem cell.

12 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the flatness is flatness of a cell population including a plurality of the cultured stem cells.

13 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the flatness is determined in a microscopic visual field unit.

14 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the flatness is determined in a region of interest within a microscopic visual field unit.

15 . The method according to claim 10 , where the microscope is a reflection quantitative phase microscope.
