Bottle Stopper With Holder

Abstract

A bottle stopper with holder for a mobile device has a notch in a top portion. The notch is configured to provide an opening wherein a device such as a mobile phone may be inserted and secured. The bottle stopper may have a plug instead of a notch. The plug is configured to be inserted into the charging port of a device such as a mobile phone, thereby securing the device atop the stopper.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A bottle stopper with holder for mobile device, comprising:
 (a) a conical base portion having a bottom section, a side section having a surface configured to create a seal with a bottle and a plurality of ribs attached to the surface configured to removeably seal the bottle stopper in the bottle, and a top section having an opening; and   (b) a top portion having an upper section having an opening configured to receive a device and an interior surface configured to secure the device, and a lower section configured to be removeably inserted into the opening in the top section of the base portion.   
     
     
         2 . The bottle stopper with holder of  claim 1  wherein the lower section of the top portion is configured to be threadedly attached to a top of a bottle. 
     
     
         3 . The bottle stopper with holder of  claim 1 , wherein the upper section of the opening is narrower than the lower section of the opening. 
     
     
         4 . The bottle stopper with holder of  claim 1 , wherein the conical base portion and the top portion are one contiguous portion. 
     
     
         5 . A bottle stopper with holder, comprising:
 (a) a conical base portion having a bottom section, a side section having a surface configured to create a seal with a bottle and a plurality of ribs attached to the surface configured to removeably seal the bottle stopper in the bottle, and a top section; and   (b) a top portion having an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface configured to contain an upward-facing electrical plug configured to fit into a charging port of a device, the lower surface fixably attached to the top section of the conical base portion.   
     
     
         6 . A method for using a bottle stopper to take a picture comprising:
 (a) providing a bottle stopper, said bottle stopper having an upper surface with an opening in the upper surface, said opening configured to receive a device, the interior of said opening having an anti-slip surface;   (b) inserting the bottle stopper into an opening in a bottle;   (c) inserting a device into said opening, said device having a camera function; and   (d) causing the camera function of said mobile device to take a picture.
