Abstract
A deck of cards for use in a multi purpose card game. The deck of cards generally comprise a plurality of playing cards for displaying visual indicia, the deck of cards adapted to be dealt facedown or faceup among a plurality of players; and a plurality of predetermined visual indicia on said plurality of playing cards. About forty-eight of the playing cards visual indicia comprises a combination of an object, a number and a color and at least one of the playing cards visual indicia is a specified pre-identified card with a combination of an object and lettering.

1 . A deck of cards for use in a multi purpose card game, the deck of cards comprising:
a. A plurality of playing cards for displaying visual indicia, the deck of cards adapted to be dealt facedown or faceup among a plurality of players; and b. A plurality of predetermined visual indicia on said plurality of playing cards;
wherein about forty-eight of the playing cards visual indicia comprises a combination of an object, a number and a color; and
wherein at least one of the playing cards visual indicia is a specified pre-identified card with a combination of an object and lettering.
2 . The deck of cards according to claim 1 , wherein the about forty-eight of the playing cards' visual indicia of objects comprise animals.
3 . The deck of cards according to claim 2 , wherein twelve sets of four cards have matching visual indicia of animals.
4 . The deck of cards according to claim 3 , wherein the purpose of the card game is to collect the most sets of four cards having matching visual indicia of animals using rules from the game “Go Fish”.
5 . The deck of cards according to claim 2 wherein twenty-four sets of two cards have matching visual indicia of animals.
6 . The deck of cards according to claim 5 , wherein the purpose of the card game is to collect the most sets of two cards having matching visual indicia of animals using rules from the card game “Memory.”
7 . The deck of cards according to claim 1 , wherein twelve sets of four cards have matching visual indicia of numbers.
8 . The deck of cards according to claim 7 , wherein the purpose of the card game is to collect the most sets of four cards having matching visual indicia of numbers using rules from the card game “Go Fish”.
9 . The deck of cards according to claim 7 wherein twenty-four sets of two cards have matching visual indicia of numbers.
10 . The deck of cards according to claim 9 , wherein the purpose of the card game is to collect the most sets of two cards having matching visual indicia of numbers using rules from the card game “Memory.”
11 . The deck of cards according to claim 7 , wherein the purpose of the card game is to avoid collecting the specified pre-identified card using rules from the card game of “Old Maid”.
12 . The deck of cards according to claim 7 , wherein the purpose of the card game is to collect all the cards using rules from the card game “War.”
13 . The deck of cards according to claim 1 , further comprising twenty four sets of two cards having matching visual indicia of both colors and numbers.
14 . The deck of cards according to claim 13 , wherein the purpose of the card game is to collect the most sets of two cards having matching visual indicia of both colors and numbers using rules from the card game “Memory.”
15 . A system for playing a plurality of card games with the same deck of cards, the deck of cards comprising:
a. A plurality of playing cards for displaying visual indicia, the deck of cards adapted to be dealt facedown or faceup among a plurality of players; and b. A plurality of predetermined visual indicia on said plurality of playing cards;
wherein about forty-eight of the playing cards visual indicia comprises a combination of an object, a number and a color; and
wherein at least one of the playing cards visual indicia is a specified pre-identified card with a combination of an object and lettering.
16 . The system of claim 15 wherein the plurality of card games are “Go Fish”, “Memory”, “Old Maid” and “War.”
17 . The system according to claim 16 , wherein the about forty-eight of the playing cards' visual indicia of objects comprise animals.
18 . The system according to claim 16 , wherein the twelve sets of four cards have matching visual indicia of animals.
19 . The system according to claim 16 , wherein twelve sets of four cards have matching visual indicia of numbers.
