Abstract

Invention is about a measurement and tracking system for providing the periodical waste collection service on the right time in the large cities. And it is also about for the quick intervention in negative situations in the waste container.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . It is a waste measurement and tracking system consists of a control and communication unit to be used in the and central prosecutions that has a processor ( 2 ), a modem ( 3 ), a GPS modem ( 4 ), a software and a measurement system that has a poisonous gas sensor ( 6 ), a fragrance sensor ( 7 ), a volume—distance sensor ( 8 ) and other sensors (radioactivity, biological, physical (heat etc.), chemical) ( 9 ).

2 . The modem ( 3 ) mentioned in claim 1 is characterized by connecting to the modem ( 3 ) which is placed in the vehicle—staff system or any other container—collection center placed nearby and they can transfer the classified information to central software ( 5 ), to the operator or to the city information system.

3 . The software ( 5 ) mentioned in claim 1 is characterized by the feature of saving and transferring the obtained classified information from the central process unit, processor ( 2 ), to the necessary units with the control and communication unit factors in the central and field prosecutions.

         4 . The measurement system mentioned in claim 1 consists of poisonous gas sensor ( 6 ), fragrance sensor ( 7 ), volume—distance sensor ( 8 ) and other sensors (radioactivity, biological, physical (heat etc.), chemical) ( 9 ).

5 . The poisonous gas sensor ( 6 ) mentioned in claim 4 is characterized by providing the poisonous—explosive gas detection with the molecule concentration measurement method.

6 . The fragrance sensor ( 7 ) mentioned in claim 4 is characterized by determining the annoying threshold for the fragrance which is pre-calibrated and pre-recorded to the system, for a person or for a society; or closeness of the fragrance to that threshold and the type of the factor that creates the fragrance with molecule concentration method and other methods.

7 . The fragrance sensor ( 7 ) mentioned in claim 4 is characterized by separating the materials at source with the concentration measurement method and other methods.

8 . The volume—distance sensor ( 8 ) mentioned in claim 4 is characterized by scanning the occupied or empty areas of the container ( 1 ), central or vehicle waste storage.

9 . The volume—distance sensor ( 8 ) mentioned in claim 4 consists of ultrasonic, radar, laser and other distance measurement sensors.

10 . The other sensors ( 9 ) mentioned in claim 4 consist of radioactivity, biological, physical, chemical sensors.

11 . The waste measurement and tracking method comprises the following steps:
Measuring the occupied/empty are of the container, Detecting if any poisonous—explosive gases are exist in the ambient with the molecule concentration measurement method, Detecting if the fragrance factor which is pre-calibrated and recorded to system exists in the ambient at disturbing level, Detecting if the radioactivity, biological, physical and chemical factors exist in the ambient at dangerous level, Delivering the data which exceeds the critical threshold to the headquarters, If it is impossible to deliver to the headquarters, delivering it to the nearest transferring center, Leading the nearest vehicle or staff to the target by the central application.
