       wherein
 R a is a member selected from CN, C(O)NR 1 R 2 , C(O)OR 3
wherein R 3 is a member selected from H and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl,
 X is a member selected from N, CH and CR b ,
 R b is a member selected from halogen and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, C(O)R 4 , C(O)OR 4 , OR 4 , NR 4 R 5 ,
wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 4 and R 5 are members independently selected from H, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl,
with the proviso that R 1 and R 2 , together with the atoms to which they are attached, are optionally combined to form a 4- to 8-membered substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl ring
with the proviso that R 4 and R 5 , together with the atoms to which they are attached, are optionally combined to form a 4- to 8-membered substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl ring,

       and salts thereof.
